All was good except one thing
Great hotel and fantastic service. The front desk was very helpful and their English was good. When I fumbled with my Portuguese they helped me. My only issue with this hotel was the comfort of the bed. I tossed and turned a lot because bed was hard.

A bit disappointing
My stay was ok. The location was good for me. However, the first room I was given was pretty dark and faced inward to a courtyard surrounded by other buildings. I was not happy with that so I asked to change rooms. The hotel staff offered me another room that faced onto the street on the first level. They offered to move my things while I was out for the day. I asked if they could also move some things that I had stored in the mini fridge. However, that was not moved when I arrived to the room later that day and I never got it back. I was very disappointed in this as they were things that I had spent money on and was looking forward to enjoying. For this, my stay was ok.

Great stay!
Great stay! Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms could benefit from having accessible outlets, maybe add USB/USB-C availability too. Side tables and desks should be updated to match rooms. Breakfast was great. Dinner buffet at hotel was good, but should open earlier (19:30 is a lil late).

Great hotel at a great location
The hotel is at a great location 5 mins from the gulbenkian museum so you are away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre but only 10/15 mins from the main area. The room was a really good size and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a good spread and the evening buffet was good too but there are plenty of options to eat out nearby

They had construction and they covered the windows by tarp. Also the aircondition was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortable. The parking was so tight. The front desk staff gave us wrong information about the parking and the elevator.

It was a very nice basic hotel. Rooms were renovated so every thing seemed in new ir almost new condition. The front of the hotel appears to be in the process of renovation
