The staff are very professional and display excellence in hospitality. The breakfasts were delicious and varied and could be enjoyed on the terrace. The scenic views of Lisboa were lovely and in the residence they were dramatic. The palace is maintained immaculately.

This boutique hotel was absolutely amazing and we felt completely at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Every single item in this hotel is well chosed to represent the era, yet also covering all the modern day needs. Breakfast is delicious, beds comfortable and rooms spacious. I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing a well-located place to stay in Lisbon. Also, I think many hotels should learn tips and tricks from the staff there, all the guys we came across were simply amazing!
