Great Staff, parking garage is too small… paid for but used street parking instead. Free parking after 7pm and before 9am. And weekend parking is free . Garage is small and may cause damage to car 🚘, so if you’re renting a car don’t risk it.

The property was fine. A MUCH better value than the Hilton Doubletree Fontana Park. The staff was excellent. Especially the woman who helped me at the front desk, not just because her English was so good, (embarrassingly, I do not yet speak Portuguese) but because she was extremely helpful and friendly.

Long wait to check in to the hotel. Please beware if you stay on the first floor facing the back, you will be awoken at 6am when the kitchen below starts up the extactor fan! The hotel is clean and tidy, but just an avergae 4 star hotel. There are plenty of places to eat around the area and a small supermarket opposite, and walkable distances to metro.

Quiet clean hotel and good value
We were traveling with a group of 10 friends. We loved the morning breakfast, good value. The lounge was fun and we liked that it was in the reception area, so it was a great meeting place. Rooms were clean and well cared for.

Disappointed for 4 star hotel
Very disappointed in my stay the only thing that was good was the friendly staff. The bath to shower converter was jammed. Then the bathroom didn’t have anywhere to plug a curling iron in so I used another plug however there was not a mirror outside the bathroom so couldn’t even see what I was doing. Then there was not a plug next to the bed to charge your phone at night. Very disappointed for this type of hotel. Normally I do not write reviews but thought I would be of help this place needs an upgrade.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Place was clean. No wash cloths in room, not a big deal, we could have asked but were gone most off the 2 days. Room was warm and even though we turned temperature to coolest setting it never changed temperature. No way to regulate room temp!

There was no air conditioning in the rooms! No electric fans available either! It wasn’t even summer yet but the rooms were hot and stuffy making sleeping at night uncomfortable. We spoke to several guests in different floors and their air conditioning wasn’t working either. The bed was two twins out together and my boyfriend kept sliding down the middle of beds. The hotel was close to some restaurants but other areas, it wasn’t so close. I would not stay here again.

We ordered room service at 7 pm as we are both diabetic. By 9pm we had still not received our food so we contacted room service who then told us they had cancelled our order due to football matches. They did not contact us to let us know that the order was cancelled. We were lucky to find somewhere that time of night to get some food. Not contacting us to let us know is totally unacceptable and the company obviously does not care about the service it gives. The hotel did not have any available snacks or food of any description if we had not been lucky enough to find somewhere to get food, we could have been left with no food as diabetics. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice but you should bring back in house dining into the hotel. Sourcing it off base is ridiculous and unsatisfactory for your clients

Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff promptly responded to our multiple requests. We stayed here at both ends of our 18-day Portugal vacation. Wish we'd upgraded on our first visit mostly because the regular rooms are European "cozy" - i.e., no convenient place to keep two suitcases open for convenient access.

Our room was nice, but on the small side, with little room to put anything. The location is not close to much, but there are some restaurants nearby. The best things were the helpful staff and the breakfast.

Turim Saldanha - warm, welcoming and very helpful attendants at Check In. Our room though compact was clean and had the basic amenities. Could do with a hook near shower to hang your towel for easy access to dry off.i Nice neighbourhood. Lots of good restaurants around . Easy walk to ave da Liberdade.
