This was a great location, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing accommodations. I was hesitant to stay at a hotel that is a not a chain and does not have a 24hr reception, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I went to London after Lisbon and stayed at the W at Leicester Sq for $500/night. Villa Baixa was better than that.

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was spacious with great views from the balcony. In a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops, and local stores. The service was wonderful. Thank you to the amazing staff at Villa Baixa. We can’t recommend this place enough - the pictures didn’t do the room justice. It’s lovely and the staff were so helpful. There aren’t many rooms and we were lucky to get one.

Our wonderful time began with Duarte meeting us at the corner to greet us. Our apartment was glorious. Four balconies, spacious and clean. So clean. The location was perfect. Surrounded by everything. Duarte and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we loved Lisboa as much as they do. From the best food recommendations, shopping and tours, they knew it all. We were especially encouraged by a man at the front desk who offered us his personal transportation pass to use. Who does that?! The staff at Villa Baixa that’s who. Enjoy your time here. We definitely did ❤️

Property was in a great location but walls were paper thin and we were woken up several times throughout the night after 11:00 pm from the apt upstairs (music, walking around) and people next door who had a pipe burst. Front desk help was subpar at best. Comfy bed and clean and loved the windows in the front room.

The location was perfect, in the middle of everything. The room was spacious, clean with lots of light. One thing I appreciated after being in other hotels in Portugal was the elevator. The other two places we stayed in did not have elevators and it was a challenge to go up and down 4 flight of stairs. The other thing to note is that most hotels don't offer conditioner. Overall, I would stay here again.
