Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card. It is a short ride to the airport and you can see and hear the planes coming in.

Loved the quiet. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff were attentive . Disliked the basic items like a cup of coffee being so over priced !! We went around the corner for coffee every day as opposed to having it in the hotel for twice the price. Why gouge the clientele on something so basic as a cup of coffee!! The restaurant food was unimaginative and not very tasty We had dinner there twice and I was very dissatisfied with my meal.

Service was impeccable and the international vibe was energizing. Met a fun group of people around the lobby bar and the manager at the restaurant was so friendly and warm. Food at the restaurant was wonderful as well. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Lisbon.

I requested to reduce my stay by one day, and it was rejected. Hotels.com indicated to me that it was up to the business to decide and they rejected it. I'm NEVER doing business with this greedy corporation, and neither should you.
