I like to start with the positives - they have good coffee and the room was clean. This unfortunately is where the positives end. The area this is located in is not a safe area. We had planned on stopping at a gas station close by to grab some water and snacks for the room but there were people in the parking lot clearly selling drugs so we drove away and opted for the overpriced water sold by the hotel. When we got to the room it was not what was advertised. The room pictures online are misleading. We paid a lot more for a room with a jetted tub but the tub is out in the open with no curtains or doors so unless you want everyone in the room to watch you take a bath this is not useable. The king bed was extremely hard so between that, the hard lumpy pillows, train sounds and police sirens going off throughout the night we did not get any sleep. There are also porn channels on the tv so would not recommend for a family with children in the room.

We had a late arrival driving from CA in a Moving truck towing a car. The tow had a flat so we had to call a service company come out and repair the tire. They came very late and Alex who was at the front desk called our room to make sure we knew someone was changing the tire. That’s excellent service from the staff!!!! She was also very helpful when we checked in!!!

Overall my stay at this hotel was great... Until my other guest made it after 10:00 p.m. and the front desk clerks ended up calling the police on him. I hadn't gotten him a key before this, so he wasn't able to get in so he had to call me. Not exactly sure why they did that... But everything else was great.

The hotel itself was very clean, beds were comfortable, room was a little difficult to manage temperature, and the area was a bit questionable after dark, but it's convenient on and off the highway and to dining options. Front desk was wonderful. Room/beds were great. Probably the best stay of our 10 day road trip. We were in and out so didn’t use any of the facilities. They did allow us to take milk and bacon for the road. Nice place - would recommend.
