Family stay
Newer hotel near medical center. They put a higher hold on account $250 but remove if no damage to room. There were several homeless people camped in the empty lot between highway and hotel. No pool.

This hotel is all about customer service!!
This was a 3 day trip for medical procedures. We always choose this hotel when we need to visit Little Rock for an extended time and we are never disappointed. The service is amazing and the hotel is always clean. I canā€™t say enough about the front desk staff, they are friendly and never to busy to stop and say hello or even ask how the day at the hospital went. Thank you!!!!

Deprived individuals likely living on the street were constantly observed pushing grocery store carts through the parking lot, gathering on the hotels immediate property & gathering in a large side empty parking lot running alongside the hotel....these people are scary aƱd often unpredictable..

Our view consisted of a group of homeless people camped out beside the hotel on cardboard, and there was a bloody nicotine pouch stuck to the wall of our room behind curtains. Other than that it was a nice space as far as rooms go; the breakfast was decent as well.

Very nice.
My family and I were on a one day trip just visiting family. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and to my surprise it did not disappoint. Very cozy and quite. Next time we take a trip to Little Rock we will be staying here.
