Disappointed with the room. Was told there was a microwave in room. Not!! You can hear things from the room next door. Room was clean. No place to charge phones. Only a couple of lights in the room. Won't stay again.

Upon arrival at night, nothing was restocked at the drink station. So no hot water, no hot cocoa for the kids, no hot coffee. In the morning the breakfast was horrible. There was a woman restocking plates and then just left the area and there were no cups, no bowls, no food, no coffee, no juice, just didn't care at all. Then teh same lady went to the front desk with ornage long braids and just stood there talking to the front desk lady while everyone in the breakfast area was trying to figure out where the food and plates and cups were. Again, nothing was restocked, nothing was put out. Once the food and coffee ran out the hotel and the lady didn't care again. Will not stay here since I decided to pay extra to get some breakfast n before our 10 hour trip back home. Very lazy service. When we returned our key to the front desk the lady didn't even care and had a crap attitude about it. Very crappy service and employees. If we were to ask for anything I'm sure we would've not received it at all. The worst experience at a Best Western Hotel ever.

Very nice place, except everything was out of order. The vending machine, the breakfast pancake maker, the juice dispenser and even the filter water fountain.

They charged the room before I even checked in. Told me it was their security deposit and then put another hold for another hundred dollars. The key to the room deactivated after every time using it so over a two day. Had to have it reprogram seven times the pool has definitely been neglected. The water was cloudy. They have some crazy policies that they have you sign off on. It’s located next to a factory.

There was no hot water. We had to switch rooms. The phones in both rooms didn’t work. There were stains on the towels. We had to get new room keys every day because ours didn’t work. Don’t recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights on shopping vacation. Noise transfer btw rooms was terrible as every room seemed to have connecting door. Got into room at 9:30pm & asked for different right away as neighbour was blaring tv after their allegedly enforced quiet hours. They were quick to accommodate so that was appreciated. Shower drain was super slow and took all night for tub to drain so didn’t risk another shower. Main reason for low rating was continental breakfast. Food was passable but none of the staff were making effort to monitor setup & replenish items so both mornings was about tracking down staff to request coffee, creamer, butter, jam, cutlery, plates, pancake refill…not sure why they aren’t looking after this area for the 2 hours it’s provided to guests. Overall fine for short passing thru if you have more patience in morning than I do

The pool and hot tub was clean. There was no towls when i went to desk i was told ok 2 hours went by and still no towls .check in is at 3 ok i got to hotel at 310. Had to wait til 346 to get a room made me late for my appointment. Just very poor management.
