I wouldn’t stay here again. I stayed with my wife and daughter. We were looking forward to using the pool and jacuzzi only to be told that there was an extra charge of £10 per person per swim. I’ve never come across this before in a hotel. It’s always free to use the pool. We reluctantly paid £30 for one swim and found out when we got into the pool that the jacuzzi was out of order. We felt totally ripped off. The hotel rooms are tired and need updating. There was no air conditioning, which meant we had an uncomfortable sleep on a hot summer night. I’m afraid we were not happy customers at this hotel.

There was a wedding and we actually felt as though we were part of their big day-the outdoor tent was right outside our thin window. Some sort of heads up at checkin at-least would have helped.

Quick check in. No details regarding breakfast. Had to ask. Thers your key, room is round the corner. On check out, all 4 members of staff looked at me and didnt respond to my "good morning" greeting. Remember when covid hit and contractors and essential workers kept you in a job???? Short memories!!!!

Nice hotel, perhaps a little pricey for what it is
Checking was quick and easy. Receptionist explained about where to dine and that if I wanted to use the pool it was a £10 fee. I went pool, honestly don't waste your money it was tiny and the sauna and jacuzzi were to small for more than 2 people. Food and drink was good with very pleasant service. Would happily stay again

Overall the hotel was a little tired looking. My husband and I arrived around 1 pm and we were charged £15 to check in early. Check was at 3 pm. Three evenings in succession we had to request extra bath and had towel as there was only ONE of each for 2 people! Not impressed. The staff in the restaurant and bar were very helpful and the service was good. This hotel could be exceptional with just a little care to details. One other issue we would be charged £10 per person each time we wanted to use the swimming pool. I would not choose this hotel again.

Out of date and awful service
Worst hotel ever! The staff have no common sense and their room facilities are absolutely out of date. Heating doesn't work. Dirty lampshades, you book a double room, and then get given a twin. Either no phones in the room, or broken connections. Rubbish.
