The first thing you notice about the house is the sheer size of the hallway and then the rest of the rooms. Then you see that all the shops and transport links are only at the end of the Avenue, and POW! - you've found a real bargain.

Blistering fast Wi-fi broadband, (Virgin Media), is included in the price, 2 Washing machines and a Condenser dryer are situated in the kitchen for Contractors and Larger Family washes .

Netflix, Amazon Video and NowTv are streamed to the communal Tv in the living room, a must for the kids and family!

A short taxi, bus or train trip from Orrell Park station to either football stadiums for the football crazy fans or Aintree Racecourse is within easy walking distance.

Then the local pubs and restaurants are just around the corner and nowadays they'll also deliver it to your door. (eg: Uber eats)

The house has a communal dining room which leads onto the rear back yard area, (Currently awaiting a garden wall repair completion)

All the floors are laminated for guests with pets or our weekday contractor guests, so they don't have to worry about stained carpets going against a security deposit.

Perfect for those on a budget, roomy and clean with a very short walk to a local row of shops or cafe's in Walton Vale at the end of the avenue.

Suitable for a group of friends, family, weekend getaway, working trips etc, but sorry no parties!

Ideal location for our trip
The property was as described, it is not a boutique hotel, it is a good value, spacious property. It was an ideal location for a wedding we attended in Ormskirk. It is also a 15 minute train ride to central Liverpool. It was the ideal property for our requirements.

It was a most convenient location for visiting and welcoming family and Gary a great communicator. House is spacious, kitchen could do with some attention (other guests have not been kind to pots and pans). Backyard has potential but both front and back need TLC, including steps into the front door.
