Great stay! Conveniently close to Airport!
Stayed at this hotel prior to flying out the next morning. Hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. Staff was very friendly checking us in and the hotel room was very cleanz, comfortable beds, modern, and very quiet considering the hotel is right beside the highway. Would definitly stay here again. Checked out very early so Unfortunately for us werent able to take advantage of the breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great. Our room was lovely. However the bathtub part would not go down so the water kept draining and I couldn't take a bath. They said they would take care of it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the outlets didn’t work. The only one that worked was the outlet by the bathroom sink. The staff was wonderful and they good choices for breakfast. I will definitely stay at a Comfort Inn again

We didn’t notice the night of us staying because we got in late. However when we woke up the next morning we noticed blood splatters all over the front door, bathroom, wall beside the bed and ON THE BED sheets. Also, bathroom sink was clogged and when we mentioned it to front desk staff all they replied was “it was probably clogged with hair”. Really gross.

I traveled extensively in my business, having spent thousands of nights in hotels around the world. I have never seen a room as disgustingly dirty as this one. The carpets were filthy to the point my wife and I didn’t want to take our shoes off. One if the sheets was stained- looked like someone used it to wipe their ass. We packed up, spoke to the desk clerk. Told him if he didn’t have a cleaner room, we were leaving. He offered us nothing. We left. Now they refuse to refund my money. I have plenty of pictures. Wish I could include them in this review.

Checkin was fantastic and I can’t say enough about the wonderful lady working the reception desk! However, let me say that she is the saving grace and best part of this hotel! The other man that I encountered at the desk was unprofessional, poorly dressed and never even cracks a smile or greets anyone! The first morning we were there an employee was going up and down the hallway at around 9am knocking and saying they were housekeeping. That’s very early for an 11 checkout time. Keep in mind that upon checkin you are given a card to hang outside and can mark on it the timeframe for housekeeping and if you do not want it. Breakfast is not good! Very little offered and even that wasn’t well kept up. The first day there was a fridge full of yogurts, second day it was empty. Coffee ran out and the lady in charge had to be asked at least three times about it. She took the empty carafe away but for got to make more. There was no syrup for the waffle stand except for some sugar free kind that my husband cannot have. Nothing else to put on it. Thankfully Dunkin’ donuts is next door! We paid more to have breakfast but next time I’ll go to the Super 8 and just buy my own somewhere.
