Highly recommend staying at The Resident. The customer service prior and during was great, the team provided details around the discounted car park, which was much appreciated. The property itself was in a perfect location, walkable to everything and though you're on a busy central spot with lots of bars/restaurants surrounding, the room itself was very peaceful, we enjoyed a great night sleep!

We stayed for my mums 70th birthday weekend had a lovely stay contacted staff before our stay and they helped me out by arranging a bottle of prosecco and a balloon in the room for arrival. Room was clean three of us stayed in a superior i was in a smaller trundle bed perfectly comfortable and slept well. Great location good to have a whetherspoons close by we went for breakfast each day. Staff couldnt be more helpful. About 15 mins walk to the docks and under 15 to matthew street. Totally recommend.
