Retreat by a lake
The lake access and the quiet location are the redeeming qualities. If you don’t mind it being a little on the grimy side, the house is not bad.

We had a blasted just wish the water wasn’t low to go fishing and we love watching the baby alligators come out on the deck. If you just won’t to get a way to a nice an quiet place to reconnect with your and love ones this the place to go

Nice Place
The place was as advertised but was superfically clean and could use a deep cleaning. Two safety concerns. A ledge into living room and a step into bunk bedroom need to be marked to prevent falls. There is a hole in the front yard that is overgrown with grass and not easily spotted. It needs to be filled before someone falls and/or damages an leg.

Quiet & Relaxing
We enjoyed the quiet dock. Caught & released 1 catfish and 10 turtles. Very comfortable beds and seating in the living room. Cell service & wifi worked well for us. Advised owner that the housekeeping service was a little lax in their duties. Nothing that would stop us from visiting again, but they could do better to protect the homeowners investment and ratings. Our friends that joined us want to return with grandchildren one day since the house is spacious and would accommodate several families. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property for seclusion!
If your looking to get away from all the people and noise of the city this is a great place to be. The house is very spacious and has room for a big group. The covered pier was awesome, but the alligators may have kept the fish from biting. We all enjoyed the property so much and hope to return some day! The only downside is there is very little cell phone service and the internet in the house is not great. This is a great place to disconnect from the world!

Great place to disconnect & enjoy your group's company
We had plenty of room to enjoy activities, both inside the house and out. The yard was a plus - gave us a place to run around and play catch. The spaciousness of the house gave everyone an opportunity to come together, but also allowed for us each to break off if we need private space. WiFi and phone signal were not great, but we took the opportunity to disconnect from technology and enjoy our company.

Poorly maintained property. If you just need a place to sleep and AC it will work.
We just stayed here as a small family reunion. Expected to swim (which technically I don't think is listed as an option in the property details) but given the prevalence of alligators we saw at the dock we did not try that. The house itself does meet the listed dimensions/beds but in our experience was very poorly cleaned before us (think black dirt on every foot wihtin minutes of walking around it) and the house and property seem in a state of neglected disrepair (loose items. doors hard to open, etc). If wifi is important to your party I would also avoid the property as it was rendered useless if more than a single device was connected. I would not recommend this property without considerable fixes. Worst property I've rented through VRBO without a question.

Great fishing getaway.
Had a great time fishing every night off the covered dock, caught some catfish, alligator gar and alligators but threw everything back. plenty of space along with seating within the house for family gatherings. our group had a great time with plenty to do and also relax. If your looking to disconnect from technology and experience nature this is the place for you.

There was a bee infestation right above the front door. The house was pretty dated . There were water bottles in the freezer . Also refrigerator not entirely cleaned out . Food left on a plate in there. . All bed mattresses excluding master bedroom were very hard and uncomfortable.. Place was pretty spacious with lots of seating area and big tables for playing board games which was a plus . I had to buy a barbecue grill cause the ones that were there were broken and / or not usable. We had numerous gator sightings everyday and everytime we went out to fish. I never let my grandkids walk in or out or away from the pier alone with gators coming all the way up to the pier. Also there was no WiFi and my daughter who is in college online had to be driven to nearest McDonald’s to take a test and turn it in on time. But all in all we enjoyed family time there. Even on the pier there were bees and the fan was broken so that was useless. Thank you

Best stay Ever!!
Our adult kids their families ,my mom , my spouse with accessibility issues and I stayed ,,, awesome accommodations! Plenty of space ! Kids side is awesome with games and crayons loved bunk area ! My spouse loved the shower to accommodate his needs ! ( high seat was a plus for elderly ) . Kitchen was spacious , rooms so nice , extra touches were very much appreciated ! Not enough words to express how you impressed , the lake the view ,, from kitchen and patio ,, lovely sunrises better sunsets ! We saw armadillos and deer of gators ,, grandkids were excited to be there . We were glad they were not stuck on their phones or laptops,, they actually couldn’t believe the stars at night or the lighting bugs ..just beautiful time had by all,, thank you thank you!

Livingston Home
I loved the location of this home because it's quiet and on the lake. It was easy to check in with Host Clarence. A few days into our stay we had a problem and it was remedied quickly thanks to host. We had to extend our stay and Clarence helped with the process on VRBO. I will say the host is very nice and helpful. The house is so relaxing inside. Wifi isn't good but your out in the woods and in a mini subdivision. Neighborhood is so quiet. I would stay here again for a getaway. The house was stocked with linens and other items you would need. It also has a small firepit.

size of house for us was great
The size of the house was great it fit my family of six. It was nice to be in the woods but not having the greatest Wi-Fi and cell service with a downer. There were cockroaches in the house not for sure where they came from. Why I stay in there I did my best to keep it up and stay clean. The windows could be washed I opened up one window in the bedroom and there was a lizard in there lol. The beds were uncomfortable but most beds at VRBO are. We really enjoyed our time there maybe in the future rent the house again that or stay somewhere in town.
