Better inside than outside
The room was clean and well equipped. In Livingstone/Victoria Falls having an air con is essential and the one in my room worked well. Having a mini-fridge and a desk in the room was also very useful for me. The bathroom was clean and I had hot water in the shower. The entrance to the property and the outside of the buildings does need some attention ā€“ the friend who dropped me off there wasnā€™t sure if it was OK to leave me there. The pool water was quite green on the day I was there ā€“ I didnā€™t swim. The wifi was poor. I could send messages & browse websites but making calls or watching videos were not possible. Thankfully data is cheap in Zambia so I got myself a sim card and 2GB of data for K30 (US$1.50) at the Airtel shop. I had to pay extra for breakfast. I think they need to update their listing to show that breakfast is not included. Itā€™s a short walk to a nearby grocery store (Shoprite) and restaurants. Try Kubu cafĆ© for good coffee.
