Fabulous Villa in Sisan
My family and I a party of 10 enjoyed a fantastic holiday staying in Villa Tina. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Tina and her son who had prepared some lunch for us which was gratefully received. Tina kept in touch with us by text messages throughout the two week stay to make sure all was ok. She also cooked a lovely meal which she brought to the Villa for us towards the end of our holiday. The villa is in a little Village called Sisan which has a couple of good restaurants, the Pizza restaurant is amazing and does take-away. There is also a pub and a grocery store. We also did the local Trapan wine testing in the village where you can also get food which we all enjoyed, We hired cars so we could travel which was really easy with the Toll roads, the towns of Rovinj, Fazana and Porec are beautiful with lovely harbours and lots of good food and drinking places. We fell in love with Croatia and would like to thank Tina and her family for out lovely stay, we will definitely be back. Carol, Paul & Family x

Beautiful Villa, clean well equipped and we were well looked after by the family
We all enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this stunning villa. It was very clean, well equipped and plenty big enough for our 2 families. It was in a quiet location approximately 15 minute walk from Sisan. We were treated to bread, cheese, meats and wine on arrival, and a delicious home cooked meal on our last night. On one occasion we had a power cut and it was fixed within the hour. Perfect villa for exploring this stunning part of Croatia we would recommend it highly.

Gute Urlaub
Wohnung ist groß und sauber, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Küche, Zimmer und Außenbereich gut ausgestattet. Für Kinder nichts dabei (außer Pool). Internet etwa schwach und unstabil. Pool könnte in der Woche auch gereinigt werden.

Perfect location
We stayed with 4 adults and 3 teens and it was great. Nice, clean, modern and fully equipped house with a big pool in a nice village with friendly locals. Not far away from the sea (important for the kids) and nearly 45 min from the great motorcycle area in north istria (important for the adults). Communication with the nice owner perfect. Definitively recommended :-)

Sehr schöne Villa
Die Villa ist sehr schön, gepflegt, sauber und komfortabel. Im EG befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit Küche, sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit einen WC und Waschbecken und der Waschmaschine. Im OG sind3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Aufenthaltsraum. Im Garten ist eine Grillstelle, Pool mit Liegen und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Ort haben wir die Pizzeria besucht die gut zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Außerdem gibt es 2 kleine Lebensmittelläden. Die Städte Pula und Medulin waren mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zum Strand muss man ebenso mit dem Auto fahren. Aber das ist einem ja bewusst wenn man die Villa mietet. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Finca ist wirklich empfehlenswert, alles wie beschrieben. Sobald man seine Wünsche geäußert hat wurde sich darum gekümmert egal ob Reparatur der Klimaanlage, Handtuchwechsel etc. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Alles top! Anmerkung zu Objekt. Wünschenswert zur Ausstattung wäre ein Toaster und bei Vollbelegung eventuell ein zweiter Kühlschrank

Villa Tina Sisan
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Der Garten könnte etwas größer sein und das WLAN ist etwas instabil,aber ansonsten haben wir tolle 14 Tage erlebt. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und besonders die Gastgeber haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert. Vielen Dank!

Auf Fragen von uns wurde immer sofort reagiert. Haus ist 1:1 wie beschrieben. Etwas schade war, das der Wasserfall im Pool noch nicht funktionierte. Rundum eine sehr schöne Erfahrung!

Super Kommunikation; schnelle Abwicklung der Check-in (sogar 2 Stunden früher) und Check Out Vorgänge. Große geräumige Gemeinschaftsräume, perfekt für das Verreisen als 10ner Gruppe. Der Pool hätte 1x mehr gereinigt werden können und die angegeben Gewürze fehlten auch in der Küche. Alles in allem aber super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt bis übertroffen. Sehr gepflegtes Gesamtbild. Kommunikation mit Vermieter top. Die Poolpflege erfolgte in den frühen Morgenstunden, ohne dass wir etwas davon gehört haben. Sehr empfehlenswerte Villa!

Perfekter Urlaub für Freunde oder Familie
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Geschirr, Decken, Handtücher, usw. ist alles vorhanden und wird auf Nachfrage sogar am selben Tag noch vorbei gebracht (bei den Ehebetten ist nur eine große Decke vorhanden). In Sisan gibt es auch ein Restaurant (mittelmäßig), dass zu Fuß erreichbar ist, für alles andere sollte man Auto oder Taxi benutzen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Zudem reinigt der Besitzer regelmäßig früh am Morgen den Pool. Gerne wieder!

Es war ein Traum . Das Haus sehr sauber schöne Lage bis um 18-19 Uhr Sonne ein Ort zum entspannen und sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter 5 Sterne Hat sich jeden zweiten Tag um den Pool gekümmert in der Früh echt spitze

Sehr schöne Unterkunft zum entspannen
Das Objekt ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Schlafzimmer, Bäder, Billiardtisch, Pool, Grillplatz, u.v.m. Wir waren 8 Personen inclusive einem Kleinkind. Küchenausstattung war auch super. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man die Unterkunft bucht, weiss man dass das Meer etwas entfernt liegt. Aber es gibt sehr schöne Joggingstrecken dorthin. Die Kommunikation war auch super, haben einmal Material zum Grillen benötigt und dies kam auch zügig inclusive einer kleinen Überraschung. Zwei negative Dinge. Auf ein Bett hat einer von uns mit Ausschlag reagiert. Wir haben es gewaschen und dann war nichts mehr. Kann natürlich aber auch an dem Waschmittel liegen, mit dem das Bett vorher gewaschen wurde. Ansonsten war nämlich alles sauber. Zweiter Kritikpunkt ist das im Angebot beschriebene Fitnesszimmer. Dies ist nicht vorhanden. Aber alles halb so schlimm. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit Allem und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Sehr schöne, moderne, grosszügige Villa. Wir haben das Haus so angetroffen, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Nachschub von Brennholz wurde auf Nachfrage sofort gebracht, der Pool wurde sehr gepflegt. Vom 6 Kilometer entfernten Flughafen war nichts zu hören! Für ans Meer (in Folge Entfernung) empfiehlt sich ein Auto (Naturstrassen).

Perfekt für Mehrgenerationfamilien oder befreundete Gruppe
Wir waren dort mit 7 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Alter von 2 bis 5 Jahren, alle haben sich sauwohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Vermieterfamilie ist außerordentlich freundlich und äußerst bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn irgendeine Hilfestellung erforderlich ist (auch per whatsapp erreichbar). Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bettwäsche wird nach einer Woche gewechselt. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Gerätschaften für die Essenszubereitung vorhanden. Auch die Geschirrspül- sowie Waschmaschine hat hilfreiche Dienste geleistet. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Hauses zahlreiche Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Der Schwimmingpool (auch eine Außendusche ist vorhanden) ist sehr schön und wurde vom Vermieter zwischendurch auch gereinigt. Den Außengrill mit perfekter Sitzmöglichkeit für 10 (evt. auch 12) Personen haben wir öfter genutzt. Im Ort Sisan gibt es eine Pizzeria, deren Essensangebot und die Qualität nicht schlechter ist als in den "Tourirestaurants" z.B in Medulin oder Pula, aber 25% billiger als dort. Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Ferienhaus mit dem PKW in 15 Minuten (Fluglärm am Haus gibt es übrigens trotz der Nähe nicht). Pula (sehr schöne Altstadt)und Medulin erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 15 Minuten. Als Ausflugziel ist das Kap Kamanjak (ca. 30 bis 40 Min mit PKW kostet aber pro PKW Eintritt 80 KN, ) mit traumhaften Badebuchten und einer sensationellen Safari Bar zu empfehlen. Zusammengefasst ist dieses Ferienhaus eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Wermutstropfen: es gab relativ viele Mücken und die unmittelbare, dörfliche Umgebung des Hauses ist nicht sehr schön. Nachbarschaft ist teilweise sehr ländlich.

Spacious villa. Warm reception by family.
We were welcomed by the family with wine and snacks. They cooked us dinner. And made sure everything was ok for us. Lots of room in this villa. We had a great time here!
