Great location for the property and good price. One room was good with modern facilities, the other smelt very damp and the air con wouldn’t work properly. We were only there for 1 night so it was ok, but any longer I would have asked to move rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Outside area a little dreary looking but overall good valve except the damp smelling room!

The room looked nothing like the ones in the website. The bathroom was dated and the bedroom was OK but basic. It’s a bit like a hostel room. The location is amazing so for the price it was probably about right but the photos are misleading.

The best thing about Emonec Hotel is the location which is in the heart of Ljubljana, just off Preseren square. It makes visiting Ljubljana city very possible on foot. You are also surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants outside your hotel and long the river. The bedrooms are in separate buildings but all near each other and it's quite private. The room was clean but compact, perfect for a few days in Ljubljana.

Our stay here was amazing - when we arrived, the concierge helped us by letting us use his phone as my girlfriends luggage was lost when we came in on the bus. On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her. Their kindness in that stressful time was very much appreciated, and the hotel itself was great. The room was very spacious with and extremely close all amenities. 10/10! Aidan & Emily

Great central location
The hotel is in an superb location, right where you would want to be - and at the price is good value. Service was excellent from reception too. The room was in decent condition, and clean, though damp in one corner with a slight smell from this. The safe didn’t work, with an alarm beeping if you put the battery back into it, so left the battery out (as we found it). No TV signal or channels on the TV, so took the batteries from the TV remote to use for the AC remote, which had no batteries in it - once we did this the AC worked fine. Overall, happy with the stay (one night) as the location was so good and reception was so helpful to us.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The room had high ceilings and the bathroom was huge. The room was too cold when we walked in. There was an inverter heater and it took us the whole night to heat up the place.

STAY HERE! PERFECT HOSPITALITY!
AMAZING! This has been the best hotel on our trip so far. The check-in was wonderful, very helpful & accommodating. The room is modern, very pretty, and clean! The beds are also super comfortable & soft. The breakfast was great as well. The location is perfect & in the center of everything for old town, it’s truly perfect.
