A modern and efficient hotel, perfect for our short stay in Slovenia. We appreciated being given the option of a soft or firm pillow which made for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was complimentary, serving a good range of continental, pastries, cereal, and fruit. The hot chocolates were delicious! Hotel located approx. 30 minute walk away from centre of Ljubljana.

No check in me foi dado um quarto no subsolo do hotel em que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Solicitei então a troca do quarto e pedi para ser colocado num andar superior, porém o atendente disse que a tarifa que eu paguei só me dava direito de ficar no subsolo. Quando fiz a reserva pelo app da hotéis.com não tinha nenhuma observação a respeito disso. O quarto tinha apenas uma pequena janela sem vista alguma e era muito escuro.
