Weekend stay at the Esplanade
We booked a standard double room with a King bed, but got a family room with a double and a single. Although it wasn't what we'd booked the room was nice and big with a decent sized bathroom. Bed was nice and comfortable, even if it wasn't what had expected. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

We were impressed by the clean, modern look within what was a traditional building. The facilities in the bar and dining room were so modern. I wish we'd stayed longer. The room we had was spacious and the decoration subtle.

Location & staff were very good. We chose Continental breakfast which was excellent & good value for money. We had dinner twice in the restaurant which again was excellent & good value. The single rooms were adequate but would benefit from some updating. There was no suitcase stand in the room so unpacking/packing had to be done on floor, which was very awkward. Overall a good experience & we would book here again.

Excellent hotel. We had a family room with a sea view. The room was spacious with all the facilities we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we visit Llandudno.

The Hotel is situated on the promenade front with the car park behind it accessed through a narrow back street. In order to gain entry to the free parking you do require a pass-code for the barrier so will need to go in the front door first to get it from reception. The spacious room was quite noisy in the evening with loud music coming in from I think next door but turning up the sound on the T.V. soon drowned that out....I did love the comfortable arm-chairs in the room.
