I would like to thank the hotel for all the help they gave to me and my husband who is registered blind they could not have been more helpful and I would definitely stay again. The breakfasts were fabulous thank you all.

This property was so ideally located. It is close to a variety of restaurants and then you could stroll along the ocean front and watch the sunset . The front desk was very helpful recommending places to eat, the room was comfortable for three adults travelling together and the breakfast was exceptionally good.

A great location just a few metres from the pier and beach. Friendly staff and a comfortable hotel. The room was well equipped and the bed good. Breakfast was good with good portions but was a bit cramped when getting tea and coffee, cereals etc but this was a minor problem. Towel rail in the bathroom and the heating was not on so towels were damp. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again

Very good hotel, with excellent breakfast. The mattress could do with replacing, as it wasn't that comfortable, due to sagging. However i would stay again, because all the other facilities were very good.

Nice hotel - could do with a tidy up.
Breakfast was delicious! The best part of our stay. The choice of breakfast was fantastic and deserves 5*. Room clean and mainly comfortable - room 6 - mattress needs changing. It is very soft with lumpy bumpy bits. A tiny bathroom and unfortunately the shower stopped working mid shower. Lots of little complimentary shower gels, soap etc. There were big bottles for hand wash and hand creme on the wall but were practically empty - this was a shame as it looks poor! either fill them up or take them down. Hairdryer, shoe horn and clothes brush in the vanity drawer. Bar on site which was well stocked. Warm and welcoming from the staff and at bar service and breakfast time. The hallways look as if there is something going on? But it's just dusty bookcases - again these need to be moved - it just looks a bit scruffy.

Kids first hotel stay
Grandkids first visit to a hotel and wales they absolutely loved it. Well worth the stay seaview rooms spacious and comfortable. Breaksfast was top notch would recommend anyone to stay here

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is a perfect location, we had a gorgeous room (clean and spacious) looking out onto the seafront and the pier. The staff are amazing! So welcoming and accommodating. The little touches make this place simply perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, everything you could need and MORE! We walked to the Emperor Chinese in the evening for tea and then walked down the pier for a look around and a play in the arcades. If staying in Llandudno, this hotel is a MUST! Thank you!

Perfect location, lovely hotel.
Great hotel! I was in a family room with my 2 children and we all said we'd stay here again. Even though we had a sea-view room, right opposite the beach, we were not disturbed by outside noise because of the good double glazing. Breakfast, beds & shower were all fab. All the staff were very nice, especially the amazing Leo on reception. He really went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble.
