Our room was a delux Seaview room and had lots of space and a comfortable bed . The sea view was lovely with a view of the Great Orme . One window didn’t close properly. Our daughter’s room was very cold the radiator when turned up was hardly warm . She was very cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good . The breakfast was continental . They didn’t have any diary free butter or milk which was a shame for our daughter and boyfriend who were vegans . The owner was very helpful and friendly . The bar area wasn’t cosy so we didn’t use it .

Llandudno gem
What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value

I received a call in the morning telling me their card machine was not working could we bring cash to pay? I did not feel this was right, so I took a drive around and from what I saw from the curb side was not pleasing to me, it look untidy and not clean at all. In one way we had an incident occur at home that we had to rush home for so never stayed there. But we received a thank you e mail today?

Damp. Bath plug had a hole in it, so couldn't use the bath. Shower pole was broken. Extractor fan was broken. Shower unit wasnt attached. Floor boards wet and damaged in the far corner next to the bunkbed ladder. It wasnt the room I booked. Damp running off the walls in the morning. Ross, when he arrived, was charming and attentive.

Came to stay at the Manor on Friday 30th - 2nd September with my 3 children. We entered the hotel to a lovely warm welcome. Staff were really lovely throughout our stay. Went up to our room which was lovely and spacious. Bed bases and furniture a little tired, but overall the condition of the room was ok. Clean bathroom and shower. All had a good peaceful sleep. Breakfast is continental but lots of choice and is always well stocked. Hot brinks of your choice are brought to your table. Dining room kept clean and tidy. Tables were always cleared straight away. Room service can round everyday and kept you stocked up on hot drinks, towels and bed change. Check out easy. Just leave your key on reception. Overall a very friendly place to stay if you have children or would like a little break

Quiet dirty mattresses were uncomfortable shower is also terrible as no water pressure impossible to have a shower taps were not mixer taps cups were dirty no tissues in room overall bad experience but staff was good
