The house is divided into three floors of about 100m2 per floor and large accommodation capacity. It is fully equipped. It has three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, a room with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (pantry, appliances, oven, hob, stove, charcoal stove, utensils, kitchen utensils, etc.).
The perimeter of the property is fully enclosed by wrought iron and stone wall, delimiting a garden of 700m2, terrace with carport (for 2-3 cars) and barbecue. In addition, the first floor also has an indoor garage with space for 1 more vehicle.
The windows are soundproofed with double glazing and the heating has multiple radiators with oil boiler.
The house is located in the heart of the idyllic village of Niembru, in the council of Llanes. A few meters from the beach of Toranda and Torimbia beach. It has panoramic views of the Cuera mountain range and the Niembru estuary.
