Helpful staff but average value for money
Posted 6 Aug. 2024 on HotelsAttentive and helpful staff however it's not a 4 stars hotel (more like a good 3 star one). Reasons: I haven't seen a 4 star hotel with linoleum in the room and bathroom, no luggage holder, no desk in the room and two beach chairs with very small, 50 cm round metal table. Besides, I had to pay 5 euro per day to use the safe. Like others said, the walls are not insulated and noise from rooms nearby may wake one up.
One thing to keep in mind: not all the rooms have a proper balcony even though the prices are the same so if it's busy you may get just a sliding door with bars waist high. Nevertheless, the view to the beach is unobstructed.

Parking at the hotel is expensive and they require a 50 euro cash deposit for the key. There is parking across the street which is very expensive.

Great Value and Very Comfortable Hotel
Posted 4 Oct. 2023 on HotelsFor the room price, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and more than adequate. A GREAT shower! HA! Our view to the sea was spectacular. The morning brunch was plentiful and extremely reasonably priced. The rooftop pool and bar was an absolute highlight ...and such a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view and location
Posted 16 Sep. 2023 on HotelsI was stunned how amazing the view was. We stayed at a room with beach view. It was the best view I have ever had at a hotel. The location couldn’t be better than here. We were right on the beach when we get out of the hotel, and surrounded by lots of local restaurants and shops. A famous castle and the trail was right across the street. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy always.

Dear Mr Abumansoor The problem you had upon your arrival was totally unrelated to us since your reservation was for 1 double room occupied by 1 person and a double room occupied by 2 persons, but 5 people arrived at the hotel, so as we explained to you we just asked to change room types with Expedia, as our management program does not accept otherwise and the law requires all guests to be identified and registered. The accusations of racism and those referring to the person with different abilities seem really strong words to us, more than 7 different nationalities work in our establishments, including people with different abilities and we would never force anyone to take another room, much less in this case. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Not a 4 star hotel.
Posted 16 Jul. 2023 on HotelsMy husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel. We ended up leaving the hotel 5 minutes after we entered the room. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel but more like a 2 star hotel. The "king-sized bed" was 2 double beds poorly put together with a very thin sheet. The bed had a single sheet and no comforter. The end tables were very cheep metal and were flimsy. There were 2 very cheap chairs next to bed that were not comfortable to sit on. The description of this hotel is not at all accurate. The hotel also doesn't have their own parking for guests so we spent an hour driving around looking for overnight parking. Horrible experience.

Hi Sandra, On 07/12 we received a call asking for the free cancellation of your reservation, which we could not accept since it was check-in for that same day and it is written in the rules of your reservation, so we were asked to change the reservation for other dates and we agreed to your request, the new reservation never arrived and you came to the hotel at 9:15 p.m., checked in and went up to the room for more than 1 hour and a half.The description of the rooms is exactly what is verified by Expedia, the beds, bedding etc, are completely new, since our hotel is brand new.The hotel has a parking lot for customers 200 m away, but it depends on availability at the time of check in, since it is the month of July and it is high season, and customers also have a public parking lot in front of the hotel door.We are sorry for your disappointment.
