This cozy house is located in a quiet street, in the Urbanization la Creu de LLoret near Lloret de Mar, special for family rest.
Rustic style house, sleeps 6 people maximum 7.
The house has 1 floor of 70 m2, has a living room, 2 double bedrooms (1 is suite) and 1 room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.

With a private pool of 24 m2, it has a barbecue, garden furniture.
Change we have thought of children with board games, dolls, basket of basket and table to play pin pon, you can park inside the garden or in the same street

A borrowed home not just a rental
A really good property , with a large outside area with pool, brick built bbq, plenty of seating, tables and sun loungers. The property is not really a holiday let, more a borrowed home, there is so much content, almost anything you would need, from utensils to crockery, games and toys for children, to books and guides. It is fully enclosed with parking. It is in a quiet "urbanisation" 10mins drive in the hills above Lloret, there is very little in the way of shops or bars/ restaurants nearby, you need to go into Lloret, which has multiple choices for food and entertainment . The owners provided great communication ahead of our visit and actually met us on arrival to give us a walk through of the property. A clean and well maintained property.

Charming traditional cottage with nice pool
Sunny as expected - you cannot miss it during the season! Charming traditional cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Well equipped- we really didnā€™t miss anything! The air conditioner is not working but the ventilation is quite ingenious in every room. The wifi is great - from experience this is rare! Nice pool- maintenances by a professional twice per week! Residential area so quite but donā€™t be surprised by neighbors willing to show you some sympathy accros the wallsā€¦ One day trip we had particularly enjoyed (a car is a must): Barcelona (many times)! Tossa de Mar Girona Begur Calella CadaquĆ©s Overall, I would recommend this location for a couple with small kids.

Lovely bungalow, safe for children and dogs. Quiet suburb of Loret , easy distance from Tossa, Blanes and Santa Christina beach. Would recommend, we had a lovely week away

Restful Retreat
We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this comfortable Lloret Blau home. There was more than enough room inside for our family (which includes pets), and we enjoyed the ample outdoor space when weather permitted. While it's not walking distance to the beach or shops, it's not far from the highway so day-trips with the car were made easy. The local bus service is also available nearby for daytime trips, and it's fast, easy to use, and inexpensive. The home is fully-equipped with things we desire in a vacation home, such as fast wifi, a washing machine, and private parking. It was a very comfortable stay, and I will miss the soft sounds of the neighbor's chickens over my morning coffee! Many thanks to "MAR" for a nice time. :)

Zeker een aanrader
Super fijn gehad. Mooi knus huiselijk verblijf. Niet groot, maar gezellig ingericht. Veel ruimte om het huis, groot terras om het gehele huis, veel plekken om het huis met een leuk zitje / bankje. Veel materialen om te spelen, bijvoorbeeld opnlaasbanden voor in het zwembad, een bal, ligbedden. In huis ook veel spullen: spelletjes, boeken, servies, broodrooster, haarfohn etc. Douche misschien wat verouderd, maar werkt prima, fijne straal en goed op temperatuur. Met de auto ben je binnen 15 min bij lloret.

Die Finca bot alles was man fĆ¼r den Aufenthalt brauchte. Ein wirklich schƶnes Haus mit einem schƶnem Pool. Die EigentĆ¼mer sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Viel Spielzeug, wie Gesellschaftsspiele, fĆ¼r den Pool u.s.w vorhanden. KĆ¼che klein aber fein, mit allem ausgestattet. Immer gerne wieder. Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche fĆ¼r uns alle.

Prefect vacation home!
The owners are wonderfull people and help where needed. The house is perfect! Everything you would need is there. Swimmingpool is a delight! Mantainance pool two times a week by a professional. Good location (car needed). We have had a great vacation and are planning our visit for next year!

Wir haben als Familie mit einem Hund zwei wunderschƶne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es ist ein sehr kinderfreundliches Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Pool wurde regelmƤƟig gereinigt. Die Ausstattung im Haus und um den Pool ist sehr gut. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Lloret de Mar. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Das einzige negative der Urlaub war zu kurz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt und kƶnnen die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Freuen uns auf das nƤchste Mal.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem reinen Wohngebiet
Kleines Ferienhaus ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von L'loret und dem Supermarkt entfernt. Im und um das Haus ist alles zum WohlfĆ¼hlen vorhanden (fĆ¼r Kinder ist jedes erdenkliche Spielzeug da). Die jederzeit ansprechbaren EigentĆ¼mer haben uns herzlich begrĆ¼ĆŸt und alles gezeigt. Hundebesitzer mĆ¼ssen beim Spaziergang im Wohngebiet mit klƤffenden Hunden auf fast jedem GrundstĆ¼ck rechnen (zum Teil recht agressiv). Wir haben uns wohlgefĆ¼hlt und kƶnnen die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Spanische GemĆ¼tlichkeit
Wir haben den Urlaub an der Costa Brava sehr genossen. Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut - alle KĆ¼chengerƤte inklusive Putzmittel sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns alles persƶnlich erklƤrt. Auch fĆ¼rs FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck am nƤchsten Morgen hatte sie fĆ¼r uns eingekauft. Der Pool wird regelmƤƟig gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist so, dass man auf jeden Fall ein Mietauto haben sollte. Von dort haben wir viele AusflĆ¼ge gemacht. Einige StĆ¼hle und Liegen am Pool kƶnnten ausgetauscht oder entsorgt werden, da sie teilweise kaputt sind. Das gesamte Haus ist mit professionellen Fliegengittern ausgestattet. So kann man auch nachts ohne Sorgen lĆ¼ften. Auch eine Klimanlage ist vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.

Wir sind wirklich sehr freundlich empfangen worden, und es hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass wir MIT unseren Hunden willkommen geheiƟen wurden!!! Es ist alles sehr sauber, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!!! Die EigentĆ¼mer Familie hat sich wirklich sehr viel MĆ¼he gegeben, dass man sich wirklich wohl fĆ¼hlt!!
