The staff were very welcoming and kind. We were able to get a late checkout and had really easy valet service. Understandably the valet was an extra charge. The breakfast options were great and very tasty. Everyone was so nice. We had our 16 month old with us and we were very comfortable. Well stay again!

I know it’s something the hotel can’t control but it’s sad to see the area with many homeless making it dirty with all the stuff they carry around with themselves. Regardless the hotel is nice clean, the restaurant is a plus great yummy food. Valet is the only option so not complaining about the charge everything is expensive now. Would come back if needed.

The valet was the most professional person we encountered. The toilet in our room would not flush properly. We reported it three times during our two night stay and it was never fixed. Outside noise made it difficult to sleep.
