Very convenient to access the convention center. We stayed in one of the few suites as a “free upgrade” but it didn’t feel that way. My room’s lightbulbs were not screwed in, so even using the switch, it didn’t work. We didn’t get em on until we physically screwed the bulbs in. Shockingly, there were multiple areas “repaired” with literal packing tape, and some of those strips of tape were falling off, so it would’ve been obvious to a cleaner if that wasn’t intentional? Right? There were big holes in the walls where art maybe used to be, a strange old/rotten water or sewage smell in the bathroom that lingered from initial walk in to our check out day, a huge crack going across the mirror, and they dropped my bill at the front of my door for anyone to pick up in the hall. The cleaning service chose not to knock and left me a note saying they didn’t give room service because they heard me in the room (I didn’t and confirmed I did not have the DND sign up), the window linens actually had several stains, there were no bath mats/mat towels provided, so we sacrificed a towel to prevent slipping (which would be fine had room service come in to replace standard), and there was no bathroom fan to absorb moisture or drown out for privacy, so you could hear someone going to the bathroom from the living room space as if they were going in the same room as you. The suite and separate French doors may have been nice for privacy/sound if the glass on the doors had a curtain for changing.

Nice location to the freeway. Had problem understanding the receptionist. When making reservations, I did include breakfast, but the vouchers does not cover the basic breakfast and I had to pay the extra, which never happened before. This is very poor policy. Consider not to return.

The wall temperature thing in the rooms is difficult to use and does not keep the room at your desired temperature. I was sweating all night because it wouldn't stay cool. But the bed was extremely soft and comfortable, the pillows were nice the rooms were spacious and mainly clean. 10/10 would stay again if I needed too.

After a long drive arriving to the hotel was great, friendly staff, quick check in, and a comfortable bed, couldn’t ask for more. Parking was a bit expensive

Area felt a bit sketchy. But the hotel was awesome. Short walk to downtown (I wouldn’t walk at night). Room was massive and very comfortable. Id stay again.
