Room was very clean and looked great. I had a window towards the city which was great. Only thing was the AC not working properly. Room will not drop below 72 which made it hot inside. Possibly AC not working good. Other than that, everything was great. Brunch was good and definitely will stay there again .

We’ve stayed at numerous other hotels/resorts in Portland but decided to give this a try based on its high customer score. It was very nice! Room was very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant on the top was excellent. Workout room was just the right size for a boutique hotel. As for negatives that might make us choose elsewhere: no fridge (instead of one stocked with booze - I’d rather have one for my items). Parking was pricey - but the valets were fast and personable.

Right on the light rail so loud ear plugs are in the rooms. Staff was completely indifferent when we couldn't get the elevator to come. His reply was "it's old. Press the button harder a couple of times." Never left his position to help. Parking was 43.00. People smoking joints right outside of the building.

It was wonderful! Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel for two days. It was comfortable and beautiful. Most the staff was so nice! One of the valet staff was short and rude with us but the other three we talked with were kind and very helpful! We went downtown to get pie after dinner, it was so close to all the shopping and restaurants. Will be staying again!

Good value - very clean and up-to-date for the price. You don't get a free breakfast, but I'd rather pay and get it made to order, and what I got in their café was delicious. Staff was extremely helpful in sorting out a reservation difficulty. I would stay here again.
