Casa Cel Blau, by the sea, large pool, beautiful Mediterranean garden

Nice chalet on a spacious Mediterranean plot (about 1000 m²) in 2. Sea line (60 m from the sea). On a floor space of approx. 95 m², the house offers two cozy bedrooms, an open air-conditioned living / dining area, a beautiful bathroom, kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flatscreen TVs. Free Wi-Fi (Fritz box) in the house.

Large illuminated pool (10 x 4 m) with a beautiful sun terrace. From the covered outdoor table in front of the living room looks out onto the pool and the beautiful garden with numerous palm trees. From the outdoor table and the sun terrace you can see the sea while standing.

The kitchen of the house is well equipped (stove / oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker) and the living / dining room is open. The living / dining area is equipped with modern air conditioning and a new Smart TV. On the outdoor terrace is a new Weber kettle grill. In both bedrooms there are flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and large closets. For our younger guests, we have a sturdy wooden crib and a new Tripp-Trapp highchair ready.

The beautiful Mediterranean garden offers families plenty of room to play and run around. The side of the house is a beautifully landscaped fish pond and in summer the garden blooms in many colors.

The settlement Es Pas belongs to the resort of Cala Pi. The beautiful bay of the same name can be reached in 5 minutes by car from the house. In Cala Pi there are some good restaurants. The well-known, undeveloped natural sand beach Es Trenc, which offers Caribbean blue waters, is just 15 minutes drive from the house.

50 meters from the house there is a children's playground right on the cliffs, from where you have a wonderful view of the sea and the offshore island of Cabrera.

Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anwesen (Garten und Pool) angetroffen, das mit viel Liebe renoviert wurde und einen überdurchschnittlichen Standard hat (super bequeme Boxpringbetten, Top ausgestattete Küche sowie Waschmaschine & Trockner) Wer ganz abspannen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben und kann wirklich chillen. Für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel müssen längere Fahrzeiten eingeplant werden, da die nächste Schnellstrasse ca. 25 Minuten entfernt ist ebenso wie viele Supermärkte.

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief sehr gut. Auch der Hausservice war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und der Pool wurde 2 mal die Woche gereinigt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Super für Familien die entspannen wollen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Traumhafte Lage in zweiter Reihe ein Zugang zum Wasser ist nicht möglich. Traumhafte Ruhe. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist hervorragend. WLAN ist leider begrenzt. Eventuell wichtig für Gäste, die auch einmal arbeiten wollen. Leider kein Supermarkt und auch kein Bäcker in direkter Nähe.

Heerlijk!
Wij verbleven hier in oktober met onze 2 tienerzoons. Prachtig weer! Het is een heerlijk huis wat meteen thuis voelt, goeie spullen, fijne bedden! Fantastisch dat er overal horren zitten in het huis want de muggen zijn in dit gebied zeer aanwezig;). Zeer rustige omgeving. In de buurt leuke restaurants te vinden. Vooral strand es trenc, sa rapita en ses Covettes aan te raden. Alles is ongeveer 20 min rijden, ook boodschappen. Cala pi ook heel mooi klein strandje, op 10 min afstand. Kortom wij komen zeker terug! Dank voor de geweldige tijd!

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir waren 3 Wochen im Casa Cel Blau. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gartenanlage ist toll angelegt und ausgesprochen gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenso schön wie gut gepflegt. Wir haben hier einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht und würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa gefühlt. Alles war sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung war perfekt! Einziges kleines Manko ist die Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt, aber dafür kann die Villa ja nichts! Wir kommen gerne im kommendem Jahr wieder!

Oase der Ruhe
Wer einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub verleben möchte, ist hier richtig. Vermieter sowie Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr freundlich. Ein Auto ist erforderlich (gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Campos ca. 25 Minuten entfernt). Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Vor Ort findet man eine vom Eigentümer erstellte Informationsmappe (gut gemacht) sowie die Hausordnung. Den Zugang für WLAN haben wir nicht gefunden, was aber wegen unseres vorhandenen Datenvolumen nicht ins Gewicht gefallen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Ferienhaus für einen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und insbesondere der Pool ist toll. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Hausverwaltung klappte reibungslos. In jedem Fall ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich.

Ohne subjektive Gefühlsduseleien zu schreiben: - es gab nichts auszusetzen - wunderschönes Haus - das ganze Mobiliar im guten Zustand - komplett ausgestattete Küche inkl. diverser Verbrauchsmaterialien (diese sollten, finde ich, nach Gebrauch/Verbrauch auch wieder ersetzt werden) - perfekte Matratzen, auch für "Rücken" - Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und-Eisen vorhanden - toller Außenpool - Blickdichtes Grundstück - toller gepflegter Garten - zum Einkaufen sollte man allerdings etwas mehr Zeit einplanen. Viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Min. vom Haus entfernt. - wir kommen wieder

Perfekte Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Casa Cel Blau ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in dem wir bisher waren und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich inklusive Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und entsprechen genau den Fotos und der Darstellung. Die Außendusche fehlt auf den Bildern, hat uns aber sehr gefallen. Und auch sonst ist die Ausstattung perfekt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist nicht zu abgeschieden oder einsam. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall und dann sind viele schöne Orte, Buchten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, dass sie ihr kleines Paradies mit anderen Urlaubern teilen!

Wunderbares Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet, die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern reichten völlig aus. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und Tiefe. Besonders beeindruckend war der Kräutergarten , den wir gern zum grillen genutzt haben. Übergabe sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Jederzeit gerne wieder, absolut empfehlenswert.
