Amazing Finca
Beautiful property, well appointed. The property was as described, and the host Jaume was excellent. Do note the dirt track to get to the property - don't just blindly follow gps! A bit bumpy but nothing bad. The finca suited our group perfectly, being centrally located in the island.

Beautiful very old farm. Isolated but in a good location for touring and close to Palma. Visited many ancient towns. Wonderful weather. Locating the farm on the first day frustrating as address was extremely vague and along a dirt track

Exceeded Expectations
If you are looking for a good location on the island and value your privacy this is the place for you. In addition, you get a 500 year old house with more charm than you can imagine. The house if outfitted very well and although the bathroom facilities are unique they are most adequate and part of the wonderful experience. We were at the property the entire month of September and had a wonderful time. We would do it all again soon if able. If an issue does arise the property manager is quick to respond. The pictures are great but do not do the property proper justice. It is better than it looks. It is fairly priced and Mallorca is still delightful to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous 500 year old restored finca
The secluded property was everything we had hoped for. The beds are very comfortable. And there were ample blankets. We wanted an authentic “villa” experience and chose this house because of the pictures! The location was good-about 25 minutes from Palma. It is difficult to find in the dark so I would suggest you find a landmark and track your mileage so you can better find it again. The only thing we would have liked was the hot tub to be heated but we didn’t let it get in the way of our experience. The owner had a beautiful gift basket for us up on our arrival. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it!

Unser Gastgeber Jaime war herzlich, unkompliziert und hat uns erzählt, dass das Haus 500 Jahre alt ist. Die Finca und der grosse Garten sind wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sensationell. Die Aussenküche mit Cheminee war das I-Tüpfelchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig eine dritte Innendusche, wie im Inserat, hat gefehlt.

Wir waren von Anfang September 24 für eine Woche in dem schönen Landhaus . Einen Wunsch hätte ich , es fehlt ein Gasgrill oder ähnliches, damit das Essen im Aussenbereich noch schöner wird und die Spülmaschine sollte ersetzt werden . Das Gescirr wird nicht gereinigt.

Pas de séjour dans cette maison car louée 2 fois !
Je ne peux pas vraiment noter cette maison puisque nous n’avons pas pu y séjourner. À notre arrivée qu’elle fut notre surprise en découvrant qu’une famille était déjà présente. Problème de gestion de planning du propriétaire : la maison a été loué 2 fois ! Apres 3h30 et beaucoup d’insistance de notre part, il a trouvé une solution pour nous reloger dans une autre finca : Son Dalabau. Je vous conseille donc de bien communiquer avec lui et de bien demander confirmation pour être sûr que cette mésaventure ne soit pas la vôtre. Si nous devions noter Son Dalabau : maison agréable, avec la piscine devant qui est jolie et pratique pour surveiller les enfants. Côté propreté : c’était OK (je suis très maniaque sur cela donc c’est subjectif) Literie : le lit double était vieux on sentait les ressorts. Les autres lits simples étaient OK. Un effort à faire sur la qualité des draps, certains boulochaient et n’étaient pas agréables au contact de la peau. Sanitaires : les douches sont à refaire, peu de pressions, mauvais état. Vaisselles/cuisine : manque des saladiers, bols. Le frigo n’est pas très grand (pour accueillir 6 adultes et 4 enfants). Nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui était discrète, le nombre de serviette (douche +piscine) mis à disposition, la buanderie très pratique, les extérieurs. Les transats de la piscine dénotent avec le reste de la maison qui a du charme (transats bleus en plastique).

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Unser Familienurlaub (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder) war in dieser tollen Finca. Alles war sehr sauber und lief reibungslos. Jaume war ein sehr toller Vermieter, den man immer erreichen konnte und nichts zu umständlich war. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sejour formidable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la finca Gabriela. Nous étions entre amis avec des enfants. La maison est encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos. La piscine est magnifique; et le jardin idéal pour les grands et les petits. Les supermarchés sont a quelques minutes en voiture...nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Die Finca ist traumhaft schön und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung. Umgeben von Schafsweiden, Hühner und Katzen sind in der Nachbarschaft auch unterwegs, eine richtige, ruhige Landidylle. Der Schotterweg zum Grundstück hat uns gar nicht gestört. Das Grundstück ist schön bepflanzt und gepflegt, der Pool ist auch wunderschön. Die Finca ist super geeignet für eine große Familie/Gruppe. Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet, man findet sogar einige Sandspielsachen, Luftmatratzen für den Pool, Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Erstmal gucken was es so gibt bevor man etwas kauft ;-) Jaume ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, unkomplizierte Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Matratze in unserem Zimmer war schon sehr durchgelegen und die Tischtennisplatte und Poolliegen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten: Perfekt! :-)

Alles in Allem hatten wir wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Sie bot alles was man benötigte und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz. Die meiste Zeit waren wir sowieso am Pool oder bei der Außenküche, einfach herrlich. Speziell in der Küche gab es von Gewürzen, Handtüchern, Töpfen, Pfannen wirklich alles in ausreichender Menge. Eventuell wäre es ratsam in einen größeren Kühlschrank zu investieren, wird bei 10 Personen mit Drinks & Food teilweise etwas knapp, aber das nur am Rande. Die beiden Abnahmen verliefen zügig, es wurden die wesentlichen Dinge erklärt auf die zu achten sind, Danke Jaume. Die Lage und Anfahrt war wie bei den anderen Mietern schon erwähnt eine tolle Erfahrung, ohne Auto sollte man diese Finca nicht mieten. 10min ist man in Campos und hat sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in 25min am Meer und in 20 min am Flughafen. Definitiv zu empfehlen, vielen lieben Dank.

Tolle Finca
Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen in der Finca. Ein ca. 1km langer Schotterweg führt zu der einmalig schönen Finca in der ausreichend Platz für uns alle war. Jaume war als Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können sie nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
