Wohnqualität
Sehr gepflegte Wohnanlage und Gärten, sehr ruhig daher hoher Erholungswert. Kurze Wege zur Seepromenade und zum Einkaufen. Sehr zentral gelegen. Der Urlaubsort und die Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist sehr zu empfehlen.
