Serviced Apartments in Loch Ness

A lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Warm, friendly welcome following helpful pre-arrival communication re the restaurant and food options. We had a lovely stay at this property, our first time at Loch Ness and most eager for it not to be our last! Cosy lounges where we enjoyed platters of smoked salmon, white wine and cheeses paired with whiskey all in front of a roaring fire. Perfect! Comfy beds, lots of hot water and a delicious breakfast all topped off with outstanding customer service, nothing too was much trouble.

We loved our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. We got in later than check in and Mark the owner still came to greet us and help us with our bags. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the black bear hut and it was everything we needed! Definitely small, but we were expecting it to be, and if anything it added to the coziness! The owners thought of everything from snacks, tea, coffee, fresh towels, you name it. The space was so clean, I have nothing bad to say about our stay.
