We are located in Loches, 20 minutes from Chenonceau, 30 minutes from Amboise, 45 minutes from Azay le Rideau, 1h15 minutes from Chinon, 30 minutes from Tours, ... and many other chateaux and wine cellars for amateurs to discover…

In Loches: natural swimming pool and toboggan (Naturéo) and wellness center (Les Bains Douches) with hammam, sauna, thalassotherapy pool, cinema, theater (Espace Agnes Sorel);
10minutes golf, equestrian center and many other activities in the area (free leisure base in Chemillé sur Indrois, Karting ...)

We are also 55 minutes from Poitiers Futuroscope, 35 minutes from the Beauval Zoo.

To welcome you in this cottage of 45 m2 everything has been designed to make your life easier and for your comfort.
Access by a charming inner courtyard (troglodyte part in the bottom of courtyard which can shelter your bicycles).

1st floor:

To lighten your luggage, we can provide bed linen (10 euros per bed) and towels (5 euros per person, 1 large towel and 1 guest towel per person)
A cleaning fee of 30 € is offered during or at the end of your stay in order to fully enjoy your stay.
The entries are from 15h and departures no later than 11h (flexible depending on the location of future arrivals) and thank you for contacting me the day before to give me an approximate time of arrival and contact me 15 minutes before your arrival on Loches so that I can come to welcome you.
