Was okay for a one night stay. Attached restaurant staff (perhaps the owner?) not very welcoming. Also, while we didn’t need any of the „wellness“ amenities, we thought the rule to be charged extra $ for the use of slippers and robe ridiculous. Bed was the old fashioned double single and noisy. The breakfast offer was decent and included a freshly cooked omelette.

Klein aber Fein
Kleines feines und günstiges Hotel etwas abgelegen aber auch mit ÖV zu erreichen. Im Restaurant gib es eine kleine Auswahl an günstigen Mahlzeiten. Im Wellnessbereich, der sehr schön und gepflegt ist, sind 2 Saunen und ein gemütlicher Ruheraum. Vermisst habe ich nur einen kleinen Hotpot, da für mich ein heisses Bad zu Wellness einfach dazugehört.

Checkin: Total chaotisch und nur oberflächlich gezeigt bekommen, wo was ist. Personal: Nett aber kaum bemüht, teils nicht einmal deutschsprachig. Zimmer: Ohne Fenster, dafür eine Tür mit Ausblick auf eine Mauer und parkende Autos direkt am Zaun mit Zugang zum Mini Hinterhof ohne Sitzmöglochkeiten. Bett extrem am quietschen und in keinster Weise komfortabel. Schallisolierung Fehlanzeige. Licht im Flur nur sporadisch funktionsfähig. Wellness: Gut ausgestattet, jedoch nur eine einzige Sauna, die in Betrieb war. Massagen entgegen Versprechungen des Inhabers "momentan nicht möglich" und Personal kannte sich mit den Räumen kaum bis gar nicht aus und sprach kein deutsch. Restaurant: Jägerschnitzel Hauchdünn, unpaniert und mit wässriger Sauce. Rumpsteak ok, Pizza auch. Frühstück: Langweilig, Omelette nicht möglich, da Personal nicht weiß, wie man es zubereitet. Rührei teils mit Eierschalen-Resten. Brötchen nicht verfügbar, wenn Gäste sie leer gegessen haben. Checkout: Eine Dame, die im vorbeigehen zum Fahrzeug "Schlussel bitta!" sagt und einem den Schlüssel aus der Hand nimmt, ohne zu fragen, wie der Aufenthalt war o.Ä... Fazit: Absolute Katastrophe - entspannen ist hier kaum möglich. Personal unfähig und unwillig. Kein Stück Kundenorientiert. Traurig, dass so etwas 3 Sterne hat.

Preis ist ok, aber andere Dinge stimmen nicht.
Check in war super. Fürs Frühstück wurde ich gefragt ob ich um 07:00 Uhr essen möchte, was ich dann musste. Leider waren in dem Hotel nur Monteure und Arbeiter, die Früh raus mussten. Ich war also der letzte beim Frühstück, habe kein Rührei mehr angeboten bekommen und die Bedienung hat sich nur blicken lassen als ich gegangen bin. Es lagen dort noch zwei helle aufgebackene Brötchen … das war traurig. Bin häufiger in der Gegend und werde nicht mehr im Hexenschopf nächtigen.

Das Hotelzimmer war nicht konfortabel kein gutes Duvet, Matratze sehr hart. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schmutzig. Badezimmer war i. O. ausser dass der Fön wackelkontakt hatte. Sah auf den Bildern viel besser aus. Service war zwar freundlich jedoch unzureichend, war am Morgen nicht da und hat nicht sauber geputzt.

Die Junior Suite war sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstück war auch gemütlich und bietet alles was es braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen.
