The heat had not been turned on so it was 64 degrees in my room. Bathroom heaters didn’t work at all, so the tub was not an option. They did do a great job at fulfilling my requests and were super friendly.

Make sure u decide on a motel before coming here this place was worse then staying at a cheap motel phones didn’t work tvs didn’t work had to wait to switch rooms was told not sure if they could. since we finally got switched rooms and they got it together breakfast never showed up had to call for it then we get it and it’s cold hair was in the biscuits and gravy I would not ever stay here again me and my girlfriend stay was very disappointing choose a diff place to stay other then at this place

The stay was nice, but the first night there were multiple bugs including a spider on one of the pillows :/ also the tub hadnt been cleaned or at least very well. During our stay our room didn’t get cleaned at all which kinda sucked but it is what it is. The front desk service was awesome. I’ll probably stay again sometime in the future.

Nice quiet get away.
The check in wasn't the greatest. THe girl asked me for my credit card. I told her I had already paid through HOTELS.com and anyhow-now I've been charged again. I will be calling you if it goes through. TV wasn't connected but they came quickly and got it fixed right away. Very quiet and nice place to stay. We will go back but make sure the check in goes correctly.

We were in the Biker Roadhouse suite. We stayed there a few years ago and really liked it. Our experience on 7/17 of this year was very different. We called for ice at the front desk and no one ever answered. Someone did finally answer and they hung up on me. I had to carry the ice bucket to the front desk to get ice. For the price of these units, that's unacceptable. We will not return to the Logan facility.

Isn't what it used to be. So sad!
We have stayed at Anniversary Inn's for over 25 years. This time we were so disappointed! $50 gift card that we were given at this same Anniversary 2years ago and they wouldn't redeem it for us on this stay. She said that there wasn't and expiration date on it so she couldn't honor it. Even though they gave it to me. We stayed in the Gatsby room. Kings size bed lumpy. Vinyl lettering coming off the walls. Decor still so clever and was great in it's prime, but lacking now. Breakfast was a heated hot pocket croissant. We ordered bacon and the yogurt parfait and neither of them came with our 9am breakfast. We tried for 45 min to call the office and no one answered. Finally at 10:15 someone answered and they said they'd bring it right over. At 11am we left. We never got our bacon or parfaits. The grounds really needed weeding. A grounds crew was there as we left and they were mowing the lawns or doing some kind of yard work. But when we came last night, the front walkway area landscaping was a mess of weeds. The jetted tub was nice and working.

Theme rooms are fun. Property is a complex of about 5 buildings. Breakfast is small, but good. Hot water never worked on the sink. Parking lot for lower level is miserable, with a curb that you have to drive over to get into the lot. Most restaurants in Logan,UT are closed on Sunday.
