Located on the hill of Porto San Paolo the CASA enjoys an enchanting view on the island of Tavolara and on Capo Ceraso both from the veranda and from inside the house. .Immersa in the surrounding greenery has a large veranda with garden for exclusive use and a private parking space. Ideal for a quiet and fresh holiday in complete geographical ideal. It is served by a private road that ends in front of the house and therefore there is no car transit.
It is possible to have lunch on the veranda enjoying the view or take a shower in the garden. Inside there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a table for 5 people, the TV and the kitchen area complete with everything you need for cooking. The bedroom has a window, a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a window. Finally there is a warehouse where you can store items and a laundry area.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit grandiosem Panorama
Die Ferienunterkunft ist modern und zugleich landestypisch gestaltet und hat einen fantastischen Panoramablick. Die Lage ist ruhig etwas abgelegen und dennoch nahe des Ortes mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nicht weit zum Strand und Hafen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Was für eine Aussicht!!!
Raffaele ist ein netter, entspannter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nicht optimal ausgestattet, aber vollkommen ausreichend für den Urlaub. Das Bad ist relativ neu und wirklich sehr schön. Am besten allerdings die Aussicht. Man bekommt morgens bereits ein tolles Gefühl und so ist es auch abends. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Zudem fanden wir Porto San Paolo eine sehr schöne, kleine Stadt. Immer wieder gerne 😊

Magnifique vue sur l'ile de Tavolara
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances avec tous les jours une magnifique vue sur l'ile de Tavolara. Le logement est très bien placé en hauteur. Mi chemin entre l'archipel de Maddalena et le golfe d'Orosei que nous avons visités. Bien accueillis à notre arrivée par les personnes qui s'occupent du logement. Raffaele le propriétaire est très disponible et très sympathique.

Io e mio marito ci siamo sentiti a casa con un panorama mozzafiato! La casa è spaziosa,confortevole e funzionale. L'area esterna perfetta per i pasti o semplicemente per godersi le stelle. Ringrazio il sig Raffaele per le dritte sulle spiagge da scoprire e anche il sig Leonardo per l'accoglienza.

Dream Vacation
Great view to Tavolara Island. Is the best way to wake up! The house is very comfortable and cozy with all we needed. Rafaelle is very nice and helpfull. Lives upstairs with his family. We definitively recommend.

El apartamento Bougamvilea forma parte de una edificación compuesta de dos apartamentos y la vivienda del dueño y su familia. El apartamento es confortable, amplio, dispone de todo lo necesario y goza de unas impresionantes vistas a la Isla Tavolara. Se corresponde con las fotografías que se muestran en la web. Raffaele, el dueño de la finca que vive junto a su familia y su perro en la parte superior del inmueble , es muy agradable y os facilitará toda la información de la zona que necesitéis.
