This was a horrible experience. I arrived and was doubled charged after i had pre paid. Then on night 2 i left to go get dinner came back and i couldn't get in my room. It took 44 mins for them to find a way to open the door. My dinner was cold and i was unhappy. Only 1 or 2 staff knew anything. I wont stay there again. And i think when you book 3rd party their should be something that can be done. If i booked through the actual site i would of been given a discount for my troubles but since i booked 3rd party i have to suck it up. So whats the actual benefit from 3rd party bookings?.

The soap you use in the rooms is the worst everything about the stay was pleasant except that. It’s a tiny piece of soap. It doesn’t dissolve. It’s cumbersome to use and needs to be replaced.

Hotel overall was good and would consider staying again. The only downside was the mattress in the room needed to be replaced as it had noticeable dip and was difficult to get comfortable. All staff was great.
