Nice scenery, spoilt by noisy kids and no pool
Unfortunately the pool wasn't open, there was lots of noisy kids, it was more a family hotel and I was hoping for peace and quiet. Staff weren't that friendly, especially in the bar. Would have liked a kettle in my room. Cleaners entered the room without knocking. Changed towels every day which was unnecessary, hotel could really benefit from do not disturb signs. Nice location, but you definitely need a car.

La camera non era completamente pulita, nessun appendino per asciugamani in bagno. Inoltre la sera karaoke con baldoria di gruppo vicino finestra della camera stessa,non proprio ideale per avere un bambino di 2 anni.

L'albergo è stato utilizzato da me e la mia famiglia come appoggio per visitare la zona di Verona e del Garda e di fatto si è rivelato un una posizione abbastanza strategica. Il complesso è molto ampio con una bella piscina e ampie zone dedicate ai parcheggi la camera che ci è stata assegnata era composta da due ampie stanze e un bagno. Immediatamente all'arrivo abbiamo notato un pacchetto di sigarette accartocciato in un angolo (sicuramente una piccola svista nelle pulizie considerato che il giorno dopo era stato tolto). Una camera aveva il condizonatore talmente rumoso che l'abbiamo dovuto spegnere per poter dormire (di fatto inutilizzabile). La luce principale di una camera era diffettosa (lampeggiava in continuazione) e nonostante sia stato fatto presente alla reception, il guasto non è stato riparato. Consiglio inoltre di illuminare la zona dei parcheggi perché la notte sono molto bui.

Hotel gut erreichbar: Gardaland und Gardasee( Lazise, Bardolino,Garda. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Bussolengo ( Supermercato Martinelli) oder Grande Affi Center Positiv noch schonen Pool, von ersten Stock wunderbar den Blick von Pool und Berge. Parkplatz frei Zimmer sind normal gestaltet, Hotel ist sauber und Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Frühstück war ok, dazu hätten wir gerne vielleicht ein bisschen frisches Obst 🍇 z.B.; Insgesamt hat alles gepasst.😇😍

La struttura è datata ma comunque ha tutto cio che serve. Prezzo in linea con la struttura. Si puo migliorare un pò sulla manutezione della struttura,diciamo che si potrebbe migliora un in generale la manutenzione anche nelle camere però tutto pulito e personale gentilisimo. Ci torneremo di sicuro

Pro della struttura il personale molto disponibile, la camera comoda ogni giorno biancheria pulita e il buffet colazione ben allestito e ricco di diverse pietanze,piscina bella grande e con tanti lettini, parcheggio grande. Contro il fondo della piscina era un po’ sporco, mancanza frigobar in camera, ragnatele nella sala ristorante sulle grandi finestre e la pizza al bar non ci è piaciuta molto.

157 Euro für ein 3 Bett Zimmer. Das Bad war eine vollkatastrophe! Schimmel in der Dusche, klodeckel braun verfärbt, kalk. .Mobiliar im ganzen Zimmer...Bad...Balkon...alt abgenutzt und unsauber! Gott sei dank, war da nur eine Nacht! Ich bin nicht pinkelig,aber das Zimmer war wirklich furchtbar eklig! Saßen nur drausen am poolbereich und hofften das der Tag schnell vorbei geht! Das frühstück haben wir verzichtet,da um 7 uhr morgens schon eine menschenschlange vor der tür stand! Pool schließt um 18 uhr

Eine Frechheit, für dieses Hotel noch Geld zu verlangen. Dieses Hotel hat nicht nur den Namen „Hotel“ nicht verdient, sondern es ist nicht einmal 1 Stern wert. Es gleicht einer billigen Absteige eines schlechten Horrorfilms. Angefangen bei dem mickrigen Aufzug, der halb auseinanderfällt und in dem wir kurzzeitig stecken geblieben sind. Das Zimmer war die reinste Katastrophe! Überall hatten wir Haare und Dreck von fremden Menschen: Im Bett, auf dem Boden, in der Dusche, an den Fliesen… einfach überall! Barfuß laufen war nicht möglich, auch die Dusche war nicht benutzbar. Zum Glück blieben wir nur 1 Nacht. In unserem Stammhotel war leider keine Verlängerungsnacht möglich, deshalb suchten wir schnell eine Alternative zum Übernachten, da wir noch nicht nach Hause wollten. Leider hatten wir vorab die Bewertungen nicht gelesen und haben uns von den Bildern im Internet täuschen lassen. Achtung: Alles Fake! Das Zimmer wirkte lieblos zugestellt, die Tagesdecken schmuddelig, wir wollten diese gar nicht anfassen. Wir hatten keinerlei Möglichkeiten, unsere Handtücher aufzuhängen, da es im gesamten Zimmer oder Bad keine Haken gab. Es gibt auch keine Halterung für das 1-lagige Toilettenpapier. Die Dusche war außen wie innen komplett verdreckt, überall klebten Haare an den Wänden und am Boden. Auch im Bett hatten wir Haare und Dreck. Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgeranzt und kaputt. Alles in allem: Das Hotel ist mehr als sanierungsbedürftig!!! Auf keinen Fall buchen!!!!
