Comfortable, easy option for quick trips
Overall, would say that the hotel is more of a 3.5 star property but that being said, if you are paying a reasonable rate, you will have a very comfortable stay. Pros: -Service: the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful -Cleanliness: room was very clean and equipped with all the essentials -Convenient location -Free all-day coffee and water in the dining room Cons: -No bathrobe (if you're a traveler who loves this) -I was given a lower ground room that was under the dining room... and in turn, woke up to footsteps starting at 6am - if you're a sensitive sleeper, make sure you're not in LG2!

Lovely short stay
Lovely welcome, very nice room, one of the nicest I’ve stayed at in London. It’s a quiet road but was still quite noisy outside due to room on road side, but it was a busy Saturday night so not their fault. My earplugs and eye mask blocked it all put in a very comfy bed. Great location

As a VIP Expedia member, we received a free breakfast. Everything about this hotel was ideal for our stay in London. We would defuse again. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Staff were very accommodating.

The decor was very nice, and for London, the room was a good size! There is a lovely space to relax downstairs too, which provides additional toilets, as well as a 24 hr complimentary coffee, tea and water station. All very tastefully and completely refurbished, including the suite's large and lovely washrooms. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Don't let them put you in room GF01. Elevator will buzz and beep all night, you will hear everything happening in the lobby. The room was dusty and the toilet was basically inoperable.We ended up switching rooms due to toilet. Staff was friendly

The Bathroom was few steps down from the room. For elderly people like us at night there was probability of falling down. As soon as we saw this came down and requested the night Manager. He said you should have told as soon as you were checked in. Since we didn’t see the room, how could we know. He said we can change the room the next day. Since we were staying for two days, did not make any sense. Otherwise the rooms were clean, amenities were good and the stay overall was good

this property is a fantastic find. we moved out of previous booking early as the previous room was so small. the room at 55 was roomy, clean and had a fantastic bathroom. the facilities were excellent. the lift worked well. the staff were welcoming and attentive. the local shopping and restaurants are excellent. we will rebook here next time we are in london
