Staff were very helpful and friendly, professional and excellent customer services were given. The dorms had ample space with an additional luggage storage kept securely by the staff. Kitchen facilities covered all needs there's free tea/coffee with cooking facilities, fridges, microwaves and utensils provided. Decent chilling room with fans provided. Only downside were the toilets and showers which need better condition. I would stay again it was comfortable.

I stay at Astor Victoria all the time for work. I find it a very nice place to stay. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and always happy to help. Recently I was the victim of a mobile phone theft and all my cards and identification was stolen. The staff in particular "khartic " and " Sarah " was ever so helpful in assisting me to help stop my debit/credit cards and contacting loved ones and even helping me get up for work then following day. So from the heart A massive thank you. I can't praise or thank them enough.

I had a very spacious room, they worked out a bottom bunk for me, such friendly reception staff, easy to leave my bag in a secured room, I slept great, showers were good, the whole set up for the place is tremendous. Penelope at the reception was really polite, she explained everything about the hostel, the hostel is very clean and the staff are friendly, I will definitely come to this hostel again, there is a common kitchen and unlimited coffee and tea facilities.
