Really enjoyed the stay here. Good base to explore London. Regularly trains from Greenford station and an easy walk from this hotel. Staff were excellent and rooms were good.

A mixed bag
The name if this hotel should have been a give away! It is situated just alongside a busy bridge and roundabout. Traffic was virtually non-stop and the sound of sirens seemed a constant backdrop. The hotel itself was quite comfortable with more room space than normal for London hotels. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom although the shower was in a step in bath which could be hazardous. Good range of TV channels and good size desk for work if required. Staff were friendly,helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a real let down. Poor choice and little variety. Decor is tired and needs refreshing,corridor and staircase carpets stained and faded. Short walk to tube station and the area seems safe at night but footpaths are very uneven on the walk.

The hotel is in a good location both for driving and the tube. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The room was lovely and the bed amazing, only negative is the room is very dark and only had bedside lights, which makes it difficult getting ready. The breakfast is wonderful, warm and good food used. Would use again.

Close to Underground, but if mobility issues, a little longer than expected. The Staff was outstanding! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Pub was nice. Room was clean, bed super comfy, hot water and a great tub!

What!!!!! FREE parking in London!!!!!
Very welcoming stay. Excellent to have "free" parking in London. Spacious room. But....please check on your door closure devices as they are not fully functional and allows for loud banging through late evenings and early morning users to create a noisy atmosphere. Apart from that ....thank you for a lovely stay.

Property was nice, staff were great. Our toilet had issues though within an hour of check in. Approached staff and they had it tended to. Unfortunately it struggled more times. Was the only downfall of the trip. Otherwise, great.

Great location for exploring Ealing, the grand union canal and easy walk to the underground to explore London. Very friendly staff. The entrance and hall carpets were very stained and lowered the tone.

Excellent!
Overall excellent, classic rooms are a little tired and old fashioned in places but pretty functional clean and tidy. If a more modern look, plugs by the bed, a walk in shower or a more modern tv are important to you go for the premium room. Service was excellent and staff friendly. Good access to Wembley (45 minute bus on event days, 35 outside of that) public transport links are mainly bus initially depending on weather as the nearby tube stop is a 12 minute walk. Food is nice and reasonably priced, think good pub food. Good selection at breakfast. Overall enjoyed our stay, the older style room didn’t bother us, only mention as this may put some people off (as mentioned go for the premium room if this is an issue for you)

Loved the cozy feel of this hotel. First time in London and loved staying at the bridge hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a convenient walk to the train station which we were told about by the front desk employee. We did not get his name but he was very helpful and kind.

A good find on the whole..
Lovely hotel and convenient being near to the station. Customer service at reception was on point!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming in this area and it was appreciated. Comfy bed and good lighting options. Decor looks a little outdated and tired. Good shower and lovely soft, squidgy towels. TV remote is difficult to operate. Nice touch having a copy of the Bible in the drawers - just like old times! ;-) Marked down slightly only because I was provided with a connecting room and it was quite noisy at times - I could hear people inside their room/ early morning and late at night slamming doors and talking (since there is no insulation between doors, just a void). This was extremely off-putting and proved difficult to relax.
