Walkable from local tube station,quiet residential area so felt safe,met at property and handed keys room small but ok, shower hot bed ok ,very dated furnishings but seemed clean, definitely ok for a night's stop over,would stay again as found it reasonably convenient.

The hotel met expectations as an expensive 2 star stay. Ensuite room basic and clean. Towel adequate, Wet room small but plenty hot water. Single bed comfortable enough, but thin duvet needed blanket and hot water bottle !! WiFi worked, just as well, as TV didn't pick up many channels. Rudimentary off street car park, but a bonus in London ! Breakfast not over generous , but very good. No facilities once reception closed. No tea and coffee, not even able to get hot water. Tufnell Park shops reasonably short walk Would probably recommend if you only need basics.

Just a one night stopover and absolutely no complaints... especially as this hotel is so modestly priced and comes with free parking. The service was excellent as indeed was the delicious cooked breakfast.

It covers good breakfast, the staff is very nice. The area is safe and quiet. The floor needs to be replaced because it is so old and dirty.

This is just a half-way house/ homeless accommodation. Not clean, only one towel, small shower room, no kettle. we didn't stay the night we left within an hour

I very much enjoyed my stay. The only request for improvement was the door into our ensuite bathroom. There is a raised step into the bathroom which you could bang your toes on. It could be good for this to be taken out so it's easier to walk in and out Thanks

The room was small and very basic. Furniture a bit dated and well worn. But room, towels and sheets were all clean and breakfast was good. Although very basic it was fine for an overnight stop and I had a good night’s sleep.

Bed was lumpy with a poor quality mattress, curtain hanging off, bathroom taps moved and hard to turn on and off and tv remote was so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. I have photos.

It is a 2-star so rooms are basic and need repairs/upgrading, but it was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near Tufnell Park Tube Station. The breakfast was nice and staff extremely helpful.
