Rest your chin!
Location great! Quiet street. 15 minutes from the tube station. However.... Mattress awful. 'Bathroom' just big enough for me to rest my chin on the basin while sat on the toilet from which I could also touch the shower door at the same time. Basin taps loose making it difficult to turn on and off. The place is in desperate need of a face lift. Breakfast was the best bit.

It was very bad. The room was very dirty, the shower had mold. There was a hole in the wall. Heating didn't work and the room was cold. Everything lacked proper maintenance. The carpets in the hallways and stairs looked like they had never been cleaned. The staff didn't seem to care about good service. Only good thing is that their WiFi was very fast. And the guy in charge did take care of my bag before check in time. Don't stay here, don't use Expedia either. Expedia doesn't take any accountability for bad stays and do only the bare minimum to help.

Property was located in a quiet street 10 mins walk from Tufnell park train station, therefore easy commute to London . It was clean and basic, my telly didn’t work though

Bear minimum and overpriced
Room was very basic, leaky taps and hard to adjust shower, but usable. Room was very cold and no heating controls. Check in was efficient and breakfast was very good (english breakfast and continental options). We did not feel it was worth the money as it was quite expensive, even for London. There was private parking but it was very uneven ground and a tight turn!

Convenient hotel for tube with free parking. Loved breakfast. However, we were so cold in our room. Bathroom door had no lock and was really small. Whilst cleaning your teeth, if you bent over the sink, then you touched the door and it opened

The beds were clean, the shower worked well and breakfast was OK. But the cold tap didn’t work at all and there was no drinking water whatsoever - the vending machine was empty and the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and directed me to the nearest late night shop - 15 minutes walk away.

Horrific stay
The hotel is in a very beautiful building, unfortunately, it needs repairs and to be updated everything is in a very bad condition, everything!. Something is wrong with the heating system or maybe is it an isolation issue. On top of everything , the heating seems to have been turned off between 11pm and 3 am. I noticed because I was awake until 4am. I FROZE all night!! There is a restaurant for the breakfast but they have nothing we can buy as sodas or any other drink. There is a dispensing machine, but its empty. The problem is there is nothing around, no restaurants, no convenience store, nothing. And all that tops the fact that I chose a room among others, a beautiful room with space and windows and I got an awful much smaller room. And when I enquired I was greeted with a very bad reaction and was told that was the only double room left, that I could cancel if I was not happy!! I could not cancel, I had to go to work and was stuck there. This hotel should be closed.

This is definitely a 2 star hotel only catering for short stays. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and breakfast basic but pleasant. The price reflects this. Very reasonable.

No frills affordability
If you're looking for fancy, keep looking. But if you want affordable, no frills and perfectly adequate, then this is a good spot. The staff(owners?) are lovely. The breakfast was great. I can't speak to quiet as it was my first night traveling from the US to the UK and I was unconscious; I'm not sure that any amount of noise would've disturbed me. Overall, a nice place.

Walkable from local tube station,quiet residential area so felt safe,met at property and handed keys room small but ok, shower hot bed ok ,very dated furnishings but seemed clean, definitely ok for a night's stop over,would stay again as found it reasonably convenient.
