A unique house in the Conservation area of Pimlico, close to Buckingham Palace, the West End and Battersea Park, with easy access to the museums of Knightsbridge.
At the heart of the house is a handmade kitchen with original features such as exposed brick fireplace and sash window, equipped with a range of modern appliances, including a dishwasher. There is a double reception room, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining, equipped with Philippe Stark furnishings and a sofa bed. For those wishing to entertain, porcelain, silver and Irish and Venetian crystal are provided.
Guest accommodation comprises two smart double bedrooms, each with access to a charming patio terrace and use of a bathroom and shower room respectively. Additionally, there is a studio on the top floor with a luxurious sofa-bed, shower room and balcony. The studio has a range of board games, a TV/DVD player and a Wii console. It is important to note that all bedrooms are accessible by stairs so the property may not be suitable for the frail.
There is both a cafe and delicatessen within ten metres of the house. On the adjacent street, there is a full range of amenities, small but well stocked supermarket, dry cleaners, launderette, Indian restaurant and colourful Tapas bar. There is a fantastic variety of shops, bars and restaurants near Victoria Station. The River Thames is five minutes away on foot giving access to Battersea Park, ideal for running or playing tennis.
Victoria train, coach and bus stations are all within ten minutes' walk and Pimlico tube station is on the adjacent street. There are three local bus services, giving access to all of Chelsea, South Kensington, Westminster, the West End, Oxford St and South London in minutes.
