Our king room was clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was clean which I'm very picky about so hats off to the cleaning staff! The king bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient. We came in late and left early so I cannot comment on our facilities or breakfast. Our stay was pleasant and I would recommend.

Just not impressed. Cost of hotel, not inline with the offering within the hotel. This is a $100/$125 a night hotel max. Not the $200/ night paid. Long strands of hair in shower & curtain. Bedside table & floor stunk of alcohol & vomit. Room cleaning every 3 days. Not noted in reservation. When I sent a note to front desk. Generic response. NO. Action. No recognition of my concerns. Not an individual who goes and yells at front desk. I will ensure that in the future all friends, colleagues of mine who have children at school in London, to avoid this hotel.

I was here for an appointment at Victoria Hospital. The close proximity from the Hotel to Hospital could not have been better. This is my second stay with this Hotel, & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The Maid Service Staff are great, as is the Front Desk people. The only thing I’d change, Is to extend the breakfast time by an hour. Mainly for people like me, who need to move faster in the morning!!

Our room at this hotel was adequate. The fan in the bathroom did not work, the TV was difficult to navigate (took several attempts to get it to turn on), the air conditioner was barely adequate and very noisy. On the upside - the room was very clean and the hotel is in close proximity to LHSC, if that is your reason for staying there. Breakfast was fine - lots of choice.

One night stay in what was basically a basement room. Take the elevator down one floor to a room that had a shoulder height window in it. Comfortable, but not really very pleasant. The only staff member we saw was at check in, and she was cold.
