Ok, small and at times noisy.
Rooms are definitely on the small size - but the bathroom was nice. Bed was not very comfortable though. Biggest issue though was significant noise when someone in the next room was taking a shower! Very, very loud water flowing noise.

After much trepidation about staying alone in a hotel, with a mobility issue, I found the staff to be extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. I was given a room accessible by elevator. I was shown how to get to the breakfast area in a different elevator so that I wouldnā€™t have to take the stairs. The concierge and ladies at the front desk assisted me at all times. Although the location could use a little ā€œimprovement ā€œ (not Hilton property but others in the area), the hotel itself was full of history, with its story on a plaque on the wall. And the cookies were delicious!

A pleasant place to stay.
My only negative comment was that the room was small as compared to another family member who had a much larger room. Other than that I'd recommend the hotel.

The staff and the concierge were very helpful. The hotel was ideally located about 3 blocks from Oxford St. and about 4 from Hyde Park. A refrigerator was provided free upon request. They had a fitness room. Our room felt rather small. For most guests, breakfast was Not free.

Hotel conveniently located close to Oxford street and various shopping destinations. Proximity to various places ( restaurants, bus) was really convenient. The rooms are more on the smaller size and slightly congested. Overall, still a worthwhile stay.

Just what we needed
The staff made us feel very welcome, the warm chocolate cookie on arrival added a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby! No complaints.

Nice enough but a bit dated
The hotel is nice but is a little dated now. Do we really need 2 large telephones in the room and an alarm clock in a world where most people use their mobiles.? The room was kept clean but shows signs of wear. We had a bath but couldnā€™t fill it as the plug wouldnā€™t keep the water in, we asked this to be fixed but it wasnā€™t. Staff very friendly and professional but it all just felt a bit tired.
