Compact overnight stay at Kings Cross
After reading other reviews we were a bit concerned about our stay, and also the location. Nothing whatsoever to worry about. Location was fine, felt safe walking back at night. Bit of noise from outside during the night but it's central London so to be expected. Room was clean, comfortable and had all you need for an overnight stay when catching a train. Yes, it's very compact, especially the bathroom, but for location and price, no complaints at all. Staff also really friendly, helpful and welcoming, would definitely go back

Great for one night. We have a small double room which was small and good for 1 night, my 6ft tall boyfriend struggled with the small room but we only booked 2 days before and there were no bigger rooms available.

Had an overnight stay and this hotel was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. Room was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to kings Cross and St Pancras stations- great! Also many food options close by.

Generally stay was fine. Room was small, walls are very thin so very noisey when other people are walking around outside or in their rooms. For a 1 night stay in central London was fine

Great location near to Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations. Decent sized room, clean, comfy and affordable - just what I needed for a 1-nights stay.

This room was the size of shoe box, hot and stuffy. The shower was so small my husband who is 6 foot couldn't get in. The view from the window was a dumpsite with rubbish piled high outside. I'd forgotten my ID to check in even though I had all the emails, and a bank card, the women on reception wasn't listening and kept saying I needed to go home to get my passport, we live 50 miles away.

The room was little but very well designed to offer comfort. Cleaningness is excellent. TV offers also connection to streaming services such as You Tube, Netflix, etc. Complimentary water, tea, cookies were very nice too. At arrival the receptionist took our luggage to custody because we were too early. We went for a long ride in London and at return our luggage was already in our room. Very good!

Be aware that the room may not be as advertised. We booked a double room but on arrival found that the bed was a small double (queen size). The duty manager insisted at first that it was double, however after some discussion she admitted it was queen size but refused to give us the room we had paid for.

Just for sleep
It is a very small hotel and ideal if you need a place to rest/leave your things. It is near the train station and seems ideal if you are leaving early for the Eurostar. Good service, and near some good restaurants.

Very pleased with our stay
Very nice accommodations. Room was small but expected for staying in London. The staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when in London. Access to KC station was easy and safe

Nice place but unless the wi-fi is fixed stay away
The rooms were very modern while a little small. The main problem was that the wi-fi signal was so weak you could not log in and the TV also hardly worked due to the weak signal. So effectively no TV or wi-fi. All else was OK but there are really important on bsiness.
