With soaringly high ceilings and decorated with bespoke and tasteful antique furniture, the flat is conveniently located in one of the most exclusive areas in the heart of London. The flat is a mere 3 minute walk from the Heathrow Express at the Paddington Train Station, and 3 minutes from Kensington Gardens (Hyde Park). Its private street entrance means no passing others in a hall, ensuring privacy.

LOCATION
The flat is on a beautiful, grand tree-lined street in the very heart of one of the most expensive and desirable areas of London. Minutes walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, Maida Vale (Little Venice), Portobello Road, shops on Oxford Street and the boutiques of Notting Hill. Harrods is a beautiful 30 minute stroll across the park, and the Westfield shopping center a few Tube stops (underground) away. The celebrity brunch haunt, Granger & Co., is but minutes walk away. You have ease of access to 6 different Tube lines and train lines, including the Heathrow Express.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are large and ensuite, each containing a blackout curtain or blind. The pillow top mattresses are imported from the USA and the beds are a UK super king (US king) and UK king (US queen). Both beds have heated mattress toppers. Each bed has high quality down duvets and numerous down and foam pillows. Bathrobes, high quality linens and Hotel brand towels to complete your 5* experience.

SITTING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The sitting room has ample comfortable seating and a Murano crystal dining table for four. In the room you will find a 55" smart TV with Sky satellite. A cabinet contains a Yamaha stereo system with CD, tuner, Quad speakers, a Rega P2 turntable and some vinyl. The kitchen is fully kitted with 2 ovens, microwave, hob (stovetop), large refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, blender, coffee press, fine imported China, and ample dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.

SECURITY
The flat is equipped with heavy, solid doors, 4 substantial internal locks including top and bottom door bolts, chain and Banham locks, which have uncopiable keys. There is also external safety lighting on a motion sensor, and a Ring doorbell with security camera (saved to the cloud). Internally, both bedrooms have heavy, solid wood doors with locks.

CONVENIENCE
There are many grocery stores within minutes of the flat, including Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer’s in Paddington station (3 min) and a large Waitrose on Westbourne Grove (5 min). Deliveroo and Uber Eats bring dinner to your door and an Uber is rarely more than 3 minutes away. Paddington station has a pharmacy, restaurants, sandwich shops, pubs, stationaries, Starbucks, luggage storage, clothes shops, Vodaphone and more.

Paddington Perfect
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Marie’s beautifully appointed home during the holidays. The flat is centrally located and so close to the tube and shopping nearby as well as easy access to all London has to offer, theatre, museums and Hyde Park just a few blocks away. We highly recommend this beautiful home and are very thankful to our gracious host - we hope to return soon and would definitely stay at Marie’s again.

Wimbledon stay
Property is in a great location with plenty of walking opportunities for pubs, dinner, shopping and just enjoying Hyde park. We came to London to see Wimbledon and that was amazing. Marie is a gracious and extremely responsive host so that was all very much appreciated (even when some unexpected issues arose) Really enjoyed our time in her flat.

Elegant London Flat near Paddington

Beautiful flat in a perfect location.
This flat is a gem. Marie was wonderful to work with and very responsive. It’s an easy walk from Paddington Station, so using the Heathrow Express to/from the airport was very easy. There is also parking if you need a car. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful flat
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved the flat! Marie's decorating is gorgeous. It is spacious, well stocked and convenient. Marie was a dream to work with - proactively communicated with us, was warm and friendly and very organized! Our only (slight) issue was that there was construction nearby and there was a bit of noise during the day- a temporary situation obviously and not a problem at night. The proximity to Paddington was convenient- although that area is pretty busy/industrial.....the areas toward the park and to the west were more charming. Marie also left a book of suggestions that highlighted restaurants, bars and attractions that we found very helpful. This is a real winner for location, customer friendliness and beautiful aesthetics!!

Positive Family Fun!
Took a trip to London with my 2 Adults Daughters - our first of hopefully many more!! The Flat we stayed in was a pleasure to be in! Reality meets the pictures! The service was outstanding overall! The only real hiccup was slow internet wifi...but that could be a good thing - forces you to talk more! haha! The Flat has all the adult amenities needed! Overall - it was a joy and fun to stay!

Very elegant historic flat, nicely furnished and equipped, lovely residential neighborhood conveniently located within short walking distance to parks and tube station, and other amenities. Luxurious Comfort
This property is second to none. Absolutely gorgeous in every way. From the furnishings to the finishes, this apartment has it all. Everything you could possibly need is there for you - and with an extreme level of comfort and style. No expense has been spared. The bedding, the living room, and the ultra-chic fully appointed kitchen all won me over...so much so that I was happy to spend the odd day without even going out. The photos are 100 % accurate I would challenge anyone not to love spending time here. We were greeted by the property owner, who was an absolute delight. And such a fabulous location is just another bonus. Go there, you won’t be disappointed ! If the opportunity arises, I will definitely return .
