Very good place for a family to stay except fix windows close to avoid traffic noise and Wi-Fi connection (better you have a backup internet connection) in case sometime without Wi-Fi connection.

Nobody there on arrival to check us in. If check in is 2.30-5.30 then somebody should be there to meet you. No instructions to telephone to get someone to meet you. Flat very rundown. Location ideal for getting around.

There was no hot water for 24 hrs. Place was dirty. Broken or missing bed springs. Fridge wasn’t cool. Shower holder was broken. Do not recommend this place.
Never accessed and stayed at flats due to them not turning up to let us in despite numerous phone calls that went unanswered!!! We had pre arranged for 3pm by email, got there on time and and received message at 3.15 to say give them 15 min warning to which we responded we were already there. We then waited and received message saying they were now delayed in traffic!!! I sent back saying we were extremely unhappy and that we felt like it was a scam!! We left the property just before 4pm and sought other accommodation for the night!!! Paid money for nothing!!! We tried all the buzzers at the property and phoned all 3 contact numbers with no reply!!!
No one showed up at checkin time. We were stuck out on the noisy street in front of a dirty beat up door. There was no sign. Only a cafe waiter next door verified this was indeed the hotel. Waited 1/2 hour more but no service and no number to call for help. Gave up and had to drag bags off tto find another hotel. I wantt my money back.
This place is NOT in a hotel type facility.
It is NOT located at - or even near Marble Arch.
Upon arriving at the address we found a door in the middle of a block with the street number above it. The door was locked. There were three - NON-FUNCTIONING door bells, NO sign or any other indication of how to get in.
When we returned to central London and got access to our email we found a message sent at 10am that morning telling us that we must call a number to get someone to come over and let us in. As we checked out of our previous hotel at 8 am that morning, we had NOT received the message.
We called and were told to travel out to another side of London (Kensington) to get the key.
We took it back to the 'Flat' and found it did not fit the front door. :-(
As it had already taken us over 3 hours to try to get in, we informed the hotel in Kensington that we were returning and expected to be given a room there.
When we arrived back at the hotel, after 4 hours of traveling around London we were given a room there. :-)
HOWEVER, it had taken half a day of our London stay and been a totally bad experience!
NOTE: There was NO indication on the Expedia site that this was a single unit with NO staff. We were NOT told that is was some sort of an air B+B arrangement. (we booked it on the Expedia Hotel website) and THERE was NO indication of these things - nor even a local phone number on the Expedia site.
WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED with Expedia for this situation.
Dirty. Dusty. Live wires. What i suspect to be blood on the walls. Cracks and gaps on floor. Broken toilet seat. Cobwebs complete with spiders. Not a fully equipped self catering

How to get there using public transport a number 16 bus from Victoria station going to Cricklewood goes down Edgeware Road get off either just before the esso garage or after this is after Edgeware Road tube station
Buss stop just oustside going towards marble arch and beyond or in the other dircection
Oyster xard required but there is a shop close by to ger one
THE HANDOVER OF KEYS WAS PROMPT AND THE PERSON POLITE.
IF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY AND IT'S LOCATION HAD BEEN ACCURATE I WOULD HAVE MADE AN INFORMED CHOICE NOT TO STAY THERE. I BOOKED SOMEWHERE ELSE AT IMMENSE COST TO MYSELF THOUGH THERE WAS NO REFUND AVAILABLE.
THE PROPERTY IS BASIC AT BEST AND IF IT MEETS SAFETY STANDARDS, WHICH I DOUBT, NEEDS TO BE MARKETED AT A BELOW BUDGET AUDIENCE WITH AN HONEST DESCRIPTION OF IT.
THE LOCATION HAS GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS.

The flat was booked for 3 adults but there were only 2 beds. The sofa bed was just a 2 seater that wasn’t a sofa bed. So the 3rd adult ended up sleeping on the floor!!!

My trip to London.
The location of the hotel is vey convenient. The delivery of the property key was too late, I have waited more than an hour to get the key.
Where to start!! the place is a health and safety hazhard broken floor tiles, shower floods, bed is like sleeping on the floor and the sofa is too small to sleep on not to mention rock hard.theres no ventilation and if it rains the noise on the roof is horrendous. NOTHING LIKE WAS ADVERTISED
Place was basic with an uncomfortable sofa bed a broken sofa with nails sticking out but the bedroom was ok and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was ok but very few utensils. Shower was good plenty of hot water.
Very warm in apartment unable to regulate the heaters.
Internet worked intermittently.
Since we spent a little time there, out exploring London the place was ok.
Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in little Beirut.
Terrible experience:
1) Trekking from one end of London to get a key and it not being there.
2) No power in the flat on arrival for 3 hours, not great when you have a family with small children and arrive in the evening.
3)Constant beeping sound from power box in the main corridor, I presume due to the fault.
4) Sofa bed that was not suitable for sleeping on- hence family of four in 1 double bed.
5) Nice odour of fat coming from the take way below.
Glad we were only staying for 1 night!

If you would like to stay for a day or 2 it should be OK but nothing longer.
The good thing is that its near the tube station and buses are available right outside.
This flat is suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children. Actually on the far end of Edgware Road to Marble Arch. Close to 2 tube stations and lots of restaurants.
No routine/daily room service but it clearly says that when bookings, supposed to be on demand
Check in Process complicated especially if after 18:00. managed by Cromwell hotel but not very responsive even after calling for extra pillows.
