Modern flat in great location
Very nice building and apartment. We stayed for a 3 night over a weekend in winter and it was warm inside. Very nice view, quiet neighbourhood, although there are a few restos and a pub near at hand. The overground is the nearest train so not as convenient if you want to just hop on and off of the tube. A transfer to the tube is required to hit most sites. Flat would be nice for 2 couples the beds are comfortable and its very spacious.Some issues: 1. The place needs a bit more maintenance some lights don't work as well as the cooker fan. 2. Could use a bit more instructions for tv and clothes washing machine operation, we ended up skipping the dryer as it didn't work. 3. Needs some additional dishes, particularly mugs. 4. I received all the check-in instructions the morning of check-in which is late usually I get them 48 hours in advance, so when I arrived I didn't have it all set and it took a while to sort it out. We did enjoy our weekend stay

Fabulous London getaway
We had a great weekend here. The appartment was lovely and the location was brilliant.There were a couple of minor issues, 3 of the lights in the bathroom were not working, there was was no bulb in the bedside table lamp. The shower door does not close so you have to put a towel down.Wehad to gigure out how to use the light system and the batteries need changing in both air conditioning remotes.However the apartment is clean quiet and has everything you need. We are planning our next stay here.

The good and the Bad
Nice apartment, good size in great location but with a few negative, some lights out, wardrobe doors that wont close, shower door that doesn't shut properly. At check-in we weren't listed to pick up the key so there were some nervous minutes until that got sorted out. The main problem we had, given it was the middle of winter, the air conditioner didn't work so it was bitterly cold and we ask the host for assistance but nothing was done.

Spacious comfortable well situated apartment
I immediately felt at home in this spacious, well equipped apartment and felt connected to central London thanks to the nearby public transport. My family and I enjoyed a nice Christmas vacation.

We had a great stay
The flat is very spacious and clean. It is convenient to the bus and train. We loved the balcony with a view of the Thames. There is also a large supermarket just down the road. I recommend taking a boat ride down the river for great views of London. The Chelsea Harbour Pier is just a few minutes' walk from this property. I recommend this property and I would return.

Nice, comfortable apartment.
Generic apartment. A couple of odd things, it’s listed as a one bedroom two bath, but is a two bedroom two bath but the second bedroom is filled with stuff. It should be a locked door. The shower and the tub are both scary to get in and out of and very slippery. That does seem to be kind of an European thing though. A lot of light bulbs were out through out the apartment and we never figured out how to turn the living room lights on.

Perfect location for a holiday
Easy to catch local transport including bus or train. Pleasant gardens, views of the Thames. Access to supermarket and coffee shops. Also restaurants on site. We hope to teturn again.

Review of Apartment in Inperial Wharf
We were unable to check into the apartment at 5pm, despite the check in being 3pm as the keys were not with the concierge as the apartment was still being cleaned. The TV didn’t work and when the owner eventually responded to how to get the TV to work we were advised that it was disconnected as it was barely used. One of the bathrooms smelt strongly of mould/drains and could not be used. Luckily there was another bathroom. The wardrobe doors in the main bedroom did not close so you had to put things in front of them. Shame these problems could not be resolved as the apartment could be a lovely place to stay.

Me and my friend booked this property for a weekend away and it did not disappoint! It’s a 2 minute walk from Imperial Wharf station and is super close to a Tesco Express. The concierge were so helpful and we felt super safe and secure within a gated community; the only downside to this is that certain food delivery drivers may have a problem finding you and you will have to meet them round the corner, but this didn’t bother us. The balcony space and the view from it was amazing, as well as the inside of the property being extremely spacious and modern. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be booking again!

Nice location, yet neglected property
I don't like leaving a bad review, however, there are other reviews for this listing that echo my experience, so there seems to be a pattern. The host didn't respond promptly to questions. Overall, the apt seemed neglected-lots of burned out lights, broken shower door that allowed water to spread over the bathroom floor, one of 2 front door locks was broken. I couldn't figure out how to operate the light panel in the living room and so could not use it for the first night as the host didn't reply until 24 hours later. On a positive note, this apt was close to an overground station which was convenient. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.

Wonderful flat in beautiful location. Communication with host was easy and efficient. She was quick to respond. However, at check-in with concierge, would have liked a little more detail about getting from concierge to the flat. The complex is large and until you know where you are going, it’s a bit overwhelming. But overall a great place to stay while in London.

Absolutely awful experience. The check in process was extremely difficult. We had no instructions about exactly where the flat was located. Once we entered, we found that it appeared we were sharing rather than renting. Cupboards full of clothes, drawers full of possessions and the medicine cabinet was jammed full of products etc. However, there was no sheet on the bed, nor toilet paper and various light bulbs appeared not to be working. There was a used mask left on a duster in the bedroom. We checked out immediately. The owner had the nerve to charge us for 2 nights, although we never spent the night there. This included one whole night for a "cleaning fee"! (About 6x the cleaning fee on our contract with VRBO) I do not think that the owner understands the VRBO concept.
