They charge a $100 deposit to your card that is not mentioned online. The sign in the lobby said this deposit was only collected for locals. We are from 4 hours away and we were still charged the deposit. We had 2 rooms and they charged this for each room.

I'm short - it's ok, but we wouldn't stay there unless were no other options. I think my husband would have preferred to sleep in the car. I really struggled to pick between 2 or 3 stars. The hotel was very inexpensive and allowed dogs, so that was great. The gal at checking was nice, but the computer system was giving her a hard time. Check in with a reservation took 15 or 20 minutes. The room smelled very stuffy and like it was an old smoking room that hadn't had the carpets cleaned. That was a big turnoff for us. The fridge worked, but was so noisy we had to unplug it. The breakfast was there, but if you're healh conscious, there really wasn't much of anything there for you. Again, low cost, and I understand that, but overall, the room smelling really bad was a huge turnoff. We checked in at 10 pm and really got the impression another room would be the same, so we didn't ask to change rooms.

I was very pleased with our serivce. The staff was very polite. My only complaint is that no access to washer n dryer . I had got my only pair of shoes soaking wet. Also there was no way for the front desk to get towels, in the pool area as well

The unique thing about this hotel was the pool. Was indoor/outdoor. You swam through a wall for the outdoor portion. The hit tub wasn't working while we were there, but you could still sit in the hot water. When you book through orbitz though, it confuses the front desk and they may try and make ya pay for rhe room again. But just ahow them your receipt. There is a 100 dollar deposit. You get it back the day you checkout though as long as theres no damages and nothing is missing. Was a very relaxing stay though

When I arrived there was a group of people in the lobby area. They stopped everything they were doing a stared at us, made us uneasy to say the least. My son asked if we could leave. I entered, my kids refused despite having to use the restroom. Now the decor, if one would call it such was a mix of night time family skating rink or low budget rave from the ā€˜90ā€™s. Entering there was no one at the front desk, so I went to the restroom. As I exited the restroom the group said their goodbyes and the attendant went to their post. The attendant checked me in and made it seem like there was a possibility my reservation wouldnā€™t work. Weird. While unloading there was a person smoking what didnā€™t smell like cigarettes. We were able to cancel the next nights stay. We stayed the night as they refused a refund despite being there less than an hour. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. Lamps were rusty and had a thick gritty layer of dust on them. There were definitely not enough outlets. The room and bathroom were tidy but not clean.

It was not a good stay at all. At one point we were in the pool. The hotel manager invited all his friends and there kids to come and they took over the pool. You could over hear them talking about how there getting free rooms since tje rooms were not booked. We felt very uncomfortable so we left the pool are. The breakfast was bad you had an option of toast or a waffle. It was just terrible. The bathroom door wouldnt shut. The toliet seat was broken. I could keep going.

The facility is in a lovely, elevated wooded area. Very easy access to I-75. The breakfast area and pool are very nice amenities. Room was very clean, and a short, covered walk to the lobby.

Worst hotel in 30 years of traveling
This place should be demolishd. The place is absolutely disgusting. From the bugs at the check in desk, to the ants in our room, the OLD !!! Cobwebs in the room. Every metal surface in our room was rusty. The lights werent plugged in. We had to move furniture and crawl around in the dirt to plug them in. The filters in the A/C unit hadnt been cleaned in years. Had to clean them myself in the tub, and rub them with a dryer sheet to get the musty smell out if the room. No batteries in the remote which was covered in battery acid. 2 trips outside to go to the desk to get a remote that worked. Advertised buffet breakfast but it was continental. Cereal dispensers didnt even have knobs on them, "just use the communal plastic cup" that sat on the counter to scoop cereal out of the top of the dispenser. Pool was absolutely filthy. If i had a pet, i wouldnt have even left it swim in it. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, and the guest next door stood in his doorway and smoked, and dropped his butts next to the A/C unit for our room which pulled the cigarette smoke into our room. We have been on the road for 2 weeks, from Pa to Wyoming, and back. This is the absolute worst hotel ever. It remindes me of a 1960s roadside motel. Inside and out. Never again will i stay in a Quality Inn.
