The room was significantly smaller than expected, and being near a busy road means there's constant noise, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, the room was quite warm, so if you're claustrophobic, this place isn't ideal. The photographer did a great job of capturing the room at a flattering angle, but in person, it's a lot tighter. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently close to the tube, which makes getting around the city easy. The strict check-in time could be a bit inconvenient, but the staff was friendly and pleasant throughout the stay. However, the overall experience wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped due to the size and noise issues.

We really liked staying here. We had the room with a bathroom and the room was very large and had enough room for both our suitcases, and had ample amount of outlets for charging, the water pressure was very good, and it was light and bright from the bay window, it was close to the subway stations (two) and had coffee shops and a grocery store across the way. The only thing we didn't like about the property was that we could hear the noise when people came up the stairs. and of course some street noise since it was facing the street.

Quick walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube check in guy very friendly we stayed in the company’s sister hotel a few doors up which is very similar style hotel so no problem room was very clean with a nice double size shower comfy bed and fridge great value for money no complaints at all will definitely use again

Staff was friendly enough and allowed us to check in early. Room had no hair dryer, asked for one but didn’t receive one. We didn’t find out until the following morning when done showering. Unfortunately we were in a rush so had to air dry our hair.

On arrival the man at reception was really helpful, changed our rooms to a more accessible room after noticing I was on crutches. We checked in, left our bags and went straight back out to a show. When we returned it was late and we went to bed. There was lots of banging at night and loudness when people came and went. In the morning we noticed the double bed was dirty, there was rubbish on the floor by the single bed, the shower door didn't shut properly and the bathroom could have cleaner. Really disappointing room after such a lovely and helpfulw welcome

Ladder was on the entrance doorway at the basement. 2 fire extinguisher were also at the entrance doorway just lying on the floor. When entering the basement where the room is, it’s stinky. Chandelier light bulbs are not working. Small refrigerator in the room is not cooling and dirty Microwave in the basement kitchen is dirty Place is not recommendable and I’ll never stay in this hotel again.

Pearl Hotel (A Great Find)
I stayed in the Pearl Hotel not Sapphire Hotel. It was a great find, just needed for somewhere to sleep, great value, and bed was super comfortable. Staff very obligeing, no problems, had luggage storage so before you could check in and when you checked out luggage could be left behind and collected again. This is a basic, clean, friendly place to stay, it was perfect for my needs Thank you Pearl Hotel.

Booked a room in the Sapphire Hotel, upon check-in was told am staying in the sister hotel 3 doors down the road called the Pearl Hotel. The photos of the room in sapphire was part of the reason I booked cheap and nice room for 5 night's. No lift, stairs were steep and was given room on the top floor so getting my bag upstairs was exhausting, would recommend packing lightly. Walls of my room had holes and someone wrote on the walls. Ceiling in the shower had a hole filled with an empty plastic bottle. Every evening at front door there is a strong smell of weed, quite alot of groups of people standing about the outside streets. Constant sirens and people shouting in the street, really busy street. Housekeepers leaving hoovers, piles of laundry over the stairs. Pros. Walking distance to 3 underground stations, bus stops. Room had a tv which i was able to log into my netflix account etc, fan attacted to the wall room can get really hot, fridge was a great feature.

We stayed at sapphire hotel last aug 9 and it was very hot that night, the fan provided was covered in dust and did not feel safe to leave the windows open since we were on the ground floor. The bathroom drain was clogged and was very slow to drain the water so it got flooded after I showered.
