Small but spotless!
Our room was in the basement so we had no windows but to be honest it was fine for what we wanted. Overall the room was extremely small but immaculately clean and very modern with everything we needed.

The staff is amazing! Polite, courteous and Pamela is the best. Rooms are very clean, the hotel is close to the tube and walking is within range of many restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

The hotel is really nice with great service. However, the rooms are terribly small barely able to accommodate 2 people with luggage. The lack of a lobby is also constraining. Overall, great location, great service but expect a small space.

Paid extra for a deluxe room. It was tiny snd poorly furnished - I’m not sure what was deluxe about it? There wasn’t even a chair or a proper wardrobe.

One night stay, Signature J Hotel, Old Marylebone
The hotel's facilities, cleanliness and service were all A1 standard. Mr Khan was particularly at tentative and helpful in resolving a minor technical issue with the room key car on the morning of departure, and as week took advantage of the late breakfast and noon checkout facility, made sure we had finished our meal before ending the service. The location is great for Marylebone museums and universities, the and old high street which is well worth a visit to view its original pubs and boutique shops, as well as moderately walkable to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Regent Park

Awesome!
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived . The staff was extra friendly and made sure you have everything you needed. A special thanks to Rizwan for the extra detailed attention to detail. He took the time to explain where everything was in the room and how all the electronic switches worked. The room was complete with all the “extras” you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Slippers , robe , toothbrush , sewing kit etc etc. Since I was alone I did not mind the small room.. I plan to return with friends/family , at that point I would definitely pick a bigger room.
